Victory Cleaning Systems

We have used Victory Cleaning 3 different occasions over the last 3 years and have had consistent good experiences. They have refinished our hardwood floors, deep cleaned furniture and deep cleaned area rugs.

Dan does what he says he will do and is always on time. His work is of the highest quality. I have had him work on my travertine floors 3 times over the last 5 yeas and each time the floor looks like new. I am so pleased with his work! I strongly recommend him and his crew! Great professional.

Dan and his assistant arrived on time and they were both clean cut and friendly. He brought several samples of a wonderful grout recoloring product he uses (sticks to the grout, but not to the tile) and applied my color choice on a test tile so I could be sure of the look before starting. Dan was very meticulous during the job, going over everything twice to be sure nothing was missed. Whenever I requested something while they were working, he couldn't have been more accommodating. The end result was a wonderful improvement! I am so happy with the new look of the tile and highly recommend Victory Cleaning Systems. I would not hesitate to use this company again as Dan is a nice guy who is very customer service oriented and his and his staffs' work is high quality. His company offers many different types cleaning/restoration services and I'm sure he would do a great job with any of them.

The work was not the problem...their worker(s) and apparent hiring process was the problem. When the work was finished a men's diamond ring was taken from the nightstand in the master suite. Subsequent investigation revealed one of their employees has multiple criminal convictions for theft. This company hired a convicted thief to be in my home and any other home they work in. What kind of company does not do basic background checks on potential employees? They say they are not responsible for the criminal acts of their employees. Really? Beware. You are warned

It went okay. The recaulking was fine, but the sealing around the shower and tub was a little messy. I had to go back with a razor blade to trim up some of it but cannot get it all.

Dan and his team do a fantastic job. The tile looks brand new and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victory to anyone. Their work speaks for itself and when others see the tile and grout before and after they are simply amazed.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Dan is a good man and his employees are all respectful and professional. Each man introduced himself and shook my hand as they entered my home.

These guys are professionals, from sales to job completion. Knowledgeable and courteous, I would recommend them for home or business. They were respectful of our tenants and the results were fantastic. We will definitely use them in the future.

EVERYTHING LOOKED GREAT ON INITIAL INSPECTION BUT A FEW SOAP STAINS STILL REMAIN ON OUR TILE. OVERALL, THE CLEANING DID MOST OF THE WORK I WAS NOT WILLING TO DO MYSELF. COST WAS HIGH SO MAY TRY TO FIND ANOTHER SOURCE. OTHERWISE, I WILL BE LIMITED IN MY SERVICE CALLS.

Was to repair and clean and buff entryway tile. Did not clean or buff tile, and also missed some spots for repair. Was more interested in leaving and heading to next job.

Awesome! They first showed us video of the inside of our duct system (while they had a video scope down it) very interesting because we had purchased a living social "deal" with another air duct company who had came out the day before Victory cleaning and they basically went to every room and vacuumed the OUTSIDE of each vent, charged us an additional $300 and left. That ordeal was a nightmare. Anyway, back to victory cleaning experience, they were very professional, took their time to explain the process of everything they were doing and we really liked that. They used high tech tools to brush out our ducts while a vacuum system sucked out the debris. Our air duct system was so clean afterwards. My husband and I were very impressed and we can have piece of mind knowing that our family is breathing much cleaner air now. We are so glad we called Victory Cleaning Systems.

We had a few issues with the grout but they cleared up the issues. They were really good. They got the job done in about 4 hours over a 2 day period. They were nice young men.

I called Dan after viewing all his reviews on Angies List and got a quick response. Dan had asked me to take photos of the areas of the shower and just email them to him. Within 2 days, he had scheduled me for the work. His service tech showed up on time and was very professional. I could not believe the results. It looked brand new and was now properly sealed, something that the builders will not do, hurts their profits. I would use them again in a heartbeat, thanks Dan for a great job!!

Tiles were steam cleaned and several layers of finish applied. It took maybe 3 hours and dried very quickly. The tiles look beautiful again. Highly professional service.

Excellent work for all tasks.

The service was great. There were no additional charges on top of the $159 Big Deal cost. Scheduling was fine. There wasn’t any problem. I just think that the carpet looked better than probably I had for a long time when I had other people clean it. They did a good job. I think I referred them to my daughter.

I reached out to Victory through the messaging app on the Angie's List website and received prompt responses to my e-mail and follow-up questions/specifications before the service. I then called them to formally set-up an appointment. They showed up at the promised time, completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, and I haven't had any issues since. Work performed was done very well. I've already recommended them to my family for other related issues.

The work was done very well and I was very satisfied. They showed up on time. They were very polite. They got me in right away. Their equipment was very well kept. They even provided their own water. I was amazed at how clean the carpet was.

The entryway went well and looks good. The shower didn't go so well. Within a couple of days the color was peeling off. They came back and re-did it and the same thing happened. They came back again and put a clear sealant over the shower floor. That has worked pretty well, but it's still coming off in a couple places and on the shower walls. I wouldn't recommend this for a shower used daily unless you want to dry your entire shower after each use. Who has time for that? Dan and team were extremely professional and worked hard to find a solution. We would definitely use them again for services besides the shower.

Some cracked tiles and compromised grout in our 12yr old shower had led to a waterlogged cement pan beneath the floor tile which needed 5 days of professional dehumidifying before final work was done. Also had an over abundance of lime scale which I could no longer get clean so his team scraped and dug that out. The shower floor was recaulked and sealed with a textured film which should last for yrs and be easy to clean. Dan was also very knowledgeable about the best way to repair several areas of loose/popping tiles and crumbling grout in a number of high traffic areas of our home. His team of very courteous guys leveled and reglued the loose tiles and removed/regrouted without any damage to the existing tiles. Very pleased with Dan and his team and will recommend to family/friends.
