I have use them many times. They always provide excellent service.

Showed up promplty. Got to work quickly and got the job done in about 2 hours. They even went the extra mile to hand clean some tiles I had so I could replace them with some old ones.

They came a little bit late. They called and they got held up at a job before mine, which was a little longer than they had anticipated. At the tail end of it, they seem to be rushing because they were supposed to be somewhere and they were late for that. Two guys came. I had them do additional work while they were here. They did what was called for on the "Big Deal" and then I also asked them to do the cleaning in the tiles in one of my upstairs showers.

The company was very responsive, quickly available and the price was very fair. Good job!

We were very pleased with the services provided by Victory Cleaning Systems. Dan spent quite some time with us explaining the options, what they would cost and how they would look. He gave us an estimate, showed us pictures of other projects and was pleasant and punctual. We called back several days later to schedule an appointment. The crew arrived on time and worked most of the day to complete the project. All adjoining areas that could be affected by the procedures were taped off and protected. Near the conclusion of the work, I saw several areas that needed additional buffing. Those were taken care of immediately. My wife asked a ton of questions about this service and other services that were available. Dan was very patient and answered them all. We definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

All he wanted to do was replace my tile. Said it couldn't be cleaned (didn't say way) and wanted to come back another day to provide an estimate on replacement. I didn't want or need to replace the tile. In the end, did the work my self. The $100 is still in his pocket.

Dan was prompt, polite & very professional. All the work was done on time and the results were absolutely beautiful. My one disappointment has been in the white marble counters in the kitchen, but that is not Victory's fault. Dan warned us that it is really not a good material for a kitchen that gets a lot of use. When they were done, the marble was glistening & gorgeous but because of our heavy use, it has once again been etched (which means dulled in spots) from spilled acids such as tomato and orange juice. If you don't get that cleaned up right away, it dulls the surface, so that is disappointing, but again, not their fault. Also, it should be noted that sandstone is soft, but they knew how to use the power washer so it would clean but not damaged the sandstone.

It was a big deal item. It was very good. They were prompt and they did a good job on cleaning and they picked up after everything. They were very professional.

Dan had been to our home for carpet cleaning which was done very reasonably and professionally as well as a great value. We asked for a bid on cleaning our master shower grout which was discolored from years of use. We looked at his website and couldn't believe how great the results looked. We had the work done, and, as promised it looks brand new! We are definitely planning on using his services again in the future.

Dan was great. He called right back and scheduled the service for the following week. His crew was punctual and the carpets look great. We were very pleased with the process.

I rejected their offer on the phone before they came out due to misrepresentation.

They arrived on time and did what they agreed to do.

After their floor sander polisher didn't do a good enough job, they came back and did it by hand. Very pleased with their efforts.

The gentleman from this company was punctual, professional, and did what at first looked like a beautiful job refinishing my tile. I followed all his advice with regard to the upkeep and cleaning of the tile. Yet, a year later, the grout refinishing around the tile is coming loose. The caulk still looks great though.

I told them I couldn't afford the additional cost and only doing a portion would probably not be a good look as it all runs together. My money was refunded through Angies List.

They were punctual, knowledgeable, communicative, and as professional as a cleaning company can be.

The two men who worked on the shower stall were professional and pleasant. The shower looked so nice that I asked them to do the rest of the tile floor, which wis not a large area. They worked most of the day. I did not get any other estimates for the job, so I do not know know their price compares with other companies. It is certainly cheaper than a new shower. It has now been several months since the work was done and the tile and grout still look good.

Dan and his crew were on time and did a great job both times I used their services. The first time was to repair and clean tile in our master shower. It looked like new when they were done. The second time was to clean carpets in a house we were selling. Again, the carpets looked great when they were finished and they work carefully.

These guys are wonderful - everything is fully explained and they could not be more professional. The quality of their work is first rate. The before and after pictures they provide do not do their work justice. Our two oriental carpets were picked up, hand washed, dried and brought back in good time. They have never looked better. I highly recommend this group and the services they provide to everyone. They are a wonderful company.

Arrived right on time, got right to work. We are pleased with the way the job was done and how it turned out. Our leak in the shower was fixed.
