They were supposed to do the job in one day, and they had to come back. I didn’t particularly care for that.

Dan and his crew were professional and punctual. He gave me a realistic time period needed to complete the projects at our initial meeting.

Great. The workman came on time and did a very professional job. We were very please and would use Victory Cleaning again.

I had apparently misread the big deal, and thought that the full shower restoration was included for the $75. When they arrived, I believe they said that a full restoration actually costs around $400 or something. (Can't remember exactly, but it was way more than the credit.) Despite that disappointment, they told me what they would be able to do for the $150 credit, which was a full steam cleaning and I believe they did some recaulking. Marking down a bit for professionalism because when they arrived, they discovered their in-truck steam machine was not working, so they had to use a smaller portable one and take some time to figure all of that out. In the end, my shower looked good and it was a good value for $75. Worth it not to scrub mildew and recaulk myself. Some things are worth paying for.

I have a hard time reviewing this service, primarily because it's been a while since the work was performed and I don't recall all the pertinent details. The workers, and Dan in particular, were very pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. My disappointment is in the end result of the work. Our entryway marble is 20+ years old. It had become a bit dingy and had lost some of its lustre, and the grout also looked dirty. We were told that after restoration it would look like new. The company cleaned and mechanically polished the marble, scraped out and replaced the top portion of grout. After the work was completed, the marble and definitely the grout looked cleaner and brighter. The overall sheen/polish seemed a bit better than before, but not remarkably so. Much of the brighter appearance could have been from the replaced grout, not much different from the couple times I had hand-cleaned the grout before. In the time since, though, we have followed the care instructions we were given closely. We switched to a microfiber damp mop using mild cleaner approved for marble, cleaning weekly as before. Within a handful of months, the marble and grout looked much the same as it had prior to having the work done. Overall, I feel we paid for restoration but the result was more like a cleaning, the results of which were temporary.

It went fine the floor was clean but I just had my bathroom painted walls and woodwork and the machine they used left terrible black marks on my white floor moldings I will have to have some come and paint my floor moldings again.

The owner came within a couple of hours of my requesting a bid from him. He called to let us know he was running a few minutes late, which was a nice courtesy. He thoroughly explained what they would do in his quote. They scheduled us within a day to complete the work. His crew arrived on time and was very professional and polite. They did an exceptional job! We couldn't be happier with the work they did and thought the price was very reasonable. Furthermore, we received a thank you note from the owner after the job was complete thanking us for our business. Overall, a very professional company to work with and we will definitely be using them again in the near future for our other cleaning needs as well as for annual maintenance to the grout in our showers.

This was an extensive project. As usual, Victory Cleaning System personnel performed all task in a thorough and professional manner. The subject grout seams and tile were in extremely poor condition and were nicotine stained from a previous owner. When victory cleaning system personnel completed the project, the tile and seams were as closed to new as one could expect from a 40 year old house. I have used Victory Cleaning Systems before and will do so in the future.

Great. My hardwood floors in the kitchen looked brand new again after a cleaning and protective coat put down. I was shocked and so very happy. My ceramic tile in the entryway did not show any of the 10 years of grime & dirt carried in from the kids. The same goes for the carpet. I have never been as pleased and satisfied with this type of service as I was with Victory Cleaning. Professionalism & quality of work was top notch!! I will never bother with one of those "5 rooms cleaned for the price of 4" advertisements again!! Total waste of $$. Victory Cleaning is my only choice from now on..

Everything went very well. The owner came over to give us an estimate. I didn't happen to be home at the time but my husband was. We set a date for the work, and the night before we removed all the furniture and nicknacks. The crew came on time and got right to work. The whole process of cleaning, re-coating the hardwood floors did not take as long as I expected and the floor dried very quickly. The entry tile turned out beautifully. The tile shines like glass now. The hardwood floors look nearly brand new. We are very pleased. I would have wanted the crew to lay down more carpet and edging protection. They used tarps but I would have also wanted taped-down plastic. I made that suggestion to the owner after. But overall, the work was great, and the floors are WOW!

I remember everything being fine. The carpets were soft. We hired them because we had just remodeled our kitchen and we wanted to make sure dust and dirt was cleaned away.

The contractor was prompt and very courteous when giving us a bid, he followed up by emailing the bid and asking if we had any questions. We scheduled a date and time to have the work performed and they were right on day and time. They were very professional, they wore shoe covers and took care not to dirty any more than necessary. They estimated 2 1/2 hours and finished right when they estimated. The work was done very well the shower looks new and it was a considerable savings over having the shower re-grouted. They color washed and sealed the grout so that we should not have the issue in the future. If you are considering re- grouting your shower because the grout is looking old get a bid from these guys they do a heck of a job.

This is the 3rd time we have used Dan and Victory Cleaning. He and his crew are always professional, prompt, and do a wonderful job. Dan makes sure everything is done correctly and on time. I recommend him to all our friends for his variety of services - he has done regrouting and tiling in our bathrooms (which now look wonderful) did a fantastic job on regrouting our kitchen tile floor as well as cleaning our oriental rugs. I cannot recommend him enough - a very exceptional company.

Performed services as advertised.

They ended up actually going right down to the studs because we had a moisture problem. It ended up being way more than what people would normally pay for. Our experience with them was very good. The owner is just super-conscientious and if anything is not right, he is right there to correct it.

Arrived on time...called to say they were on their way which is always helpful. Completely redid the backsplash in the kitchen which had started to breakdown and let water leak in. Took out the old grout and replaced with new - very clean lines and good job. They always clean up after themselves so we dont have to. Dan and his crew do a wonderful job no matter the type of job. We look forward to using them again.

This is an AMAZING company and I highly RECOMMEND them to everyone considering getting this type of work done! This is my first experience with Victory Cleaning Systems but it won't be my last because I will use them on future projects! Everyone from the owner to his high class and professional employees were kind and considerate to my elderly Mother and they were all Pro's from the word go and it's very evident that they all cared about their work, craftsmanship and reputation! The owner, Dan,was contacted because of an offer listed by Angie's List and he was kind and considerate when he explained that Angie's List had made a mistake by running a two-year old coupon without asking him for approval. (Shame on ANGIE'S LIST!) Dan was a real Pro because he didn't bad mouth or blame Angie's List (for the headaches I'm sure they are causing him!) but instead, Dan was glad to listen to my needs and offered to come look at my job and said he'd give me a great deal anyway. He came and gave the bid and offered options and he promised his employees would be there the very next day and would be as caring and professional as Dan. He was wrong, his employees were BETTER than Dan promised! His employees, Daniel and Stephen were awesome and did an even better than expected job! The owner should give his guys a raise because they made both him and his company look like no one else could come close to the level of quality they deliver... They should all be voted Angie's List Company of the Year!

I purchased the Big Deal for this. There was an extra cost involved that I was not aware of. Maybe it was in the fine print, but regardless, I needed the job done, so we went ahead with it. We had done this job ourselves once and it didn't last very long. I also needed a tiny little tab to stabilize the shower door & couldn't find that missing tab anywhere, but this company provided it. :) First, an appointment was made to see what work was was needed (that's when I found out my Bid Deal didn't cover the job), then another appointment was made to have the cleaning done. The man who came out to do the work did a nice job. He used a pressure washer to clean & cleaned and redid the grout around multiple tiles. He worked by himself & it took him a long time. I was told it does not normally take as long as it did for us, but he did not have a partner that day, for what is normally a 2 person job. Over a year later, and our shower grout & tiles still look very, very, nice.

worth the membership cost just to find them. they werre very courteous and thorough and did an excellent job.

He cleaned the grout and it looked brand new and it was great. He was very nice and everything went very smoothly.

I had to re-schedule about three times, but they were very patient and willing each time I called. They were punctual and professional. I was extremely pleased with the job they did.

Dan was very good about communicating the plan and kept me aware of when the work would be done. He was able to schedule within a week. He does any difficult or out of the ordinary work himself and his workers do the cleaning and grouting. Very, very happy with the results!

When they got to my house they said it would be 150.00 not 75.00. My shower is in good condition.

Great. Took his time and really cleaned well. Took care of our mid century modern sofa too.

It looks beautiful. They were prompt. He explained what the service was.
