Work was completed as agreed. After they left I noticed several places around the edge that weren't cleaned thoroughly so dirt and cat hair was trapped under seal. Overall, the job was as expected.

Dan's crew did a great job (as usual!). First they took care of replacing some grout that had fallen out around tile stairs. It was clean and beautiful when they walked away from it. They left some extra grout for me and showed me how I can fix it myself next time if needed! They were also scheduled to clean carpeting in the main rooms and hallway of the house. They worked efficiently and the carpet looks beautiful!

My home is 50 years old and has a 5ft. by 10 ft. marble entry. This is varying pieces of broken marble connected by grout. Although we had never applied wax, there was old wax and dirt, so they cleaned that first. Then they started polishing with increasingly finer grit of a diamond polishing compound. When they were done I could not believe how shiny the floor was. However, I pointed out that about 2 inches all around the edge was quite dull. They tried to spot shine it, but it remained dull and they said that was the best they could do. I let it go for a couple of days and then decided I paid way too much for the edges to look like that. My feeling was if they could get the body of the floor to look so good, surely they could do better on the edges. I emailed the company and promptly got a call that they would be back. They ended up coming back twice and spending more time than they originally did. They ended up doing the whole floor over again. I was very pleased with the end result. The point I want to make is that I'm more interested when a customer is not happy and to see how the issue is handled. Ultimately, that is the true picture of how good a business is, how they handle problems. My calls and concerns were promptly and courteously addressed, and they did everything they could to make me happy with the results. Now the whole entry looks fabulous, even the edges. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This happened several years ago. Our dishwasher was leaking and we did not know it until we noticed a rug in front of the sink was wet.The water loosened some of the tiles. The grout started coming our every time I cleaned the floor and we did not know who to call so we put up with it. One day I decided to check Angies list for anyone that might restore tile and came across Victory Cleaning Systems. They came and looked at the floor, told us what they would do to restore the floor, gave us a bid and we hired them. It went great! There three employes who came on time to do the work. They were very nice and polite. They worked very hard the whole time they were here. The project was completed on time and the floors look better than they have ever looked. We are very happy and would highly recommend this company.

They were excellent! The crew was very knowledgeable and even gave great advice on how to care for the floors after they were finished. They made my tile floors look brand new! I would recommend them to others and use them again.

The cleaning technicians came in, assessed the problem and got right to work. They replaced the old grout, cleaned and sealed my shower. It looks new! We were very pleased with their service. We would definitely call them again.

They did a good job on the grout but after they left, we still had to clean the glass door part which was stupid because if we paid $200 for people to come and do our shower, we should not have had to clean up after them. Everything was good except the fact that they did not clean the shower doors.

We had a bit of miscommunication but finally got the job done well. Unfortunately they had to come out 3 times and sent someone different each time.

Excellent service and I highly recommend them.

A couple of days later, a young man showed up, explained what he was about to do, did it -- it took maybe an hour -- and then showed us what he'd done. No mess, no fuss, and now we've got a shower that'll last us until demolition day. Great job and no hassle at all. We'll definitely use Victory again.

Our experience with them went well. It was very satisfactory and we would use them again in the future.

Work was done efficiently and well. Victory suggested not caulking one horizontal area to alleviate a potential mildew problem. Very satisfied with the work performed.

I could not have asked for MORE !!!!!!!!! Dan and his crew were fantastic. They missed a spot or two and I called Dan and they immediately returned and made everything perfect. On top of that my shower door has had a missing piece for years so the doors were not anchored in any way when they slid open or shut. Without being asked Dan found the missing piece for me and replaced so we can now use the doors safely again. I have been trying to get that fixed for two years. Now that's service. My kitchen and bathrooms look all shiny and new. It is motivating me to do some other projects. I would recommend Dan and his crew without hesitation. It is rare to find such excellent service plus someone so enjoyable to do business with. Call him!!!!!!!

They were very punctual and kept me notified about when they were coming. There were no troubles with scheduled. Two people came to complete the work and they were punctual. The job was pretty tedious and they were very professional. They first cleaned the grout and I was quite impressed at how they did that. They then re-colored the grout and I am very happy with the result. They were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. If I needed this service completed again, they would be the company I would choose.

They did a lot of it by hand. They did a great job!

The results were mostly good but mixed. Most of the floors came out fine but, in several places, the refinishing product had pooled and not flowed evenly onto the flooring leaving obvious places with uneven coating. I called them and they came out immediately and agreed to redo the entire job at no cost to me---which was what I felt was proper. So the only "cost" was the inconvenience of having to vacate the house for about 6 to 8 hours while they redid the floors and the new coating dried. It was still better than the older methods of other finishing vendors that required us to be gone for several days and left a lot of sandy debris to be wiped and cleaned form every nook and cranny.

They were prompt, on time, accommodating, efficient, and did a great job. I will use their services in the future.

They did a nice job. We had some other work done with them. They remodeled out entire shower so there were additional costs. Their prices were fair.

I have my home listed and was out of town when we got word someone wanted to see it. Dan was so great and made sure he could get to the house on a day's notice. I have used his company for many years and was so appreciative that he could make this happen for me. They always do the best job and I can count on him to go above and beyond! I should also mention that I have 3 dogs who are naughty sometimes and Dan works his magic on their "accidents." It is so nice to be able to depend on Victory even from 1300 miles away!

From the moment we met the owner, Dan Brown, found on Angie's List, we knew we were in good hands. This business owner is a role model for others! He is honest, humble, takes the time to explain and answer any questions. His knowledge of the industry is evident and the results far exceeded our expectations. He oversaw the entire project and his employees were equally professional, courteous and eager to secure an excellent outcome. Dan even called once to advise he may be 3 or 4 minutes late, due to traffic. This company - led by Dan - is just the best!

They did a great job, were reasonably priced, came out to give me an estimate and this was a great experience. He forgot about a couple of things on the estimate but threw that in at no extra cost.
