Our grout in our kitchen had turned from light beige to dark, dirty brown. I purchased several different products and spent more hours than I care to count trying to renew or at least make the color look clean again. I finally called Dan from Victory Cleaning and had him come out to give me suggestions and pricing on what we should do. I also had Stanley Steemer come out for the same reason and though the quotes were very similar I went with Victory Cleaning because Dan was so nice and professional and really seemed to know what he was talking about. They arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would. I was amazed at how great the grout and tiles looked! I waited to write this review because I was worried in a few months the product would start to look dingy, but my floors still look great and would definitely use Victory Cleaning Systems again.

Dan gave us an estimate on the job in February. We decided to do some bathroom remodeling first, so the floors were not cleaned till May. The tile is over 40 years old, so some of the surface is actually worn off. The grout was very dirty and discolored, as was the caulk around the perimeter of the rooms. The marble entry floor was very dull-looking. Dan and 2 helpers arrived on time and finished their cleaning, caulking, grout-sealing, and polishing in one day. The grout and caulk are now bright white and the appearance of the rooms is greatly improved. The worn surfaces of the tiles cannot be fixed without total replacement, but the thorough cleaning made them look better. The marble floor is shinier than it has ever been in the twelve years we have lived here, and this should be a permanent improvement since the shine is due to polishing with abrasive, not to wax. The tile floors looked rather dull after their cleaning, but this may have been due to residue from the grout sealing. The tile is shiny again since I cleaned it with a product Dan recommended.

Dan Brown was prompt, courteous,and very professional. He was careful to consult with me on colors and sought my approval on each part of the various jobs. He was knowledgeable and offered advice as needed. His initial price estimate was honored. His coworker was equally as pleasant and thorough in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Victory Cleaning Services to others and will have him back again.

I had Victory Cleaning come into my home prior to a high school graduation party that I was having for my son. I was totally impressed with the service that I got from Dan Brown and his staff. Their operation is self contained. Very impressive. They did not need to "hook up" to any of my faucets to use their equipment. Dan's operation used high powered steam to clean the carpets with little moisture left after the process. Some of the areas were dry even before they left. Within 2 hours I was able to replace furniture on dry carpet. Amazing!! I also had Dan do some of my upholstery. I knew it was soiled but, once he finished the process the chairs and couch looked brand new. We also have granite counter tops that we installed several years ago. They have light colored grout lines that were heavily soiled from food stains and I could not get clean without re-grouting. Victory cleaned and color sealed the grout lines. They now look brand new and are resistant to future staining. I am so pleased with the results.
