Overall, the experience was excellent and we would use Victory Cleaning again.

They have the professional equipment and know how to get the job done right. Our bathrooms look fine now. The tile shines like new. This was an excellent alternative to more extensive remodeling. The staff was interested in making sure we were satisfied.

Dan was prompt, and called to let me know he was on the way for each appointment. The final product after all of the honing and polishing was a much smoother, lighter marble with a nice sheen, and the cement grout was also lightened and smoothed. These original floors are somewhat irregular and each stone is not completely level, but Dan worked to make them all shine and look polished and updated. Overall we were very satisfied with the quality of the work and with the dedication to get it done right. We plan to use Victory Cleaning in the future to clean and seal the grout in our kitchen floor.

I called to make an appointment and was able to make one for the following week. Both rooms were finished in about 2 hours. My bathroom floor is original with the house which was built in 1965. It has become increasing difficult to get the grout clean. I can't stress enough how happy I am with the way the floor looks now. My entry floor is marble and my plan is to have Victory Cleaning Systems back out to polish it.

A year ago I had Dan clean and restore the grout in one bathroom. White tile & white grout in an 18 year old house can look pretty grubby! After Victory did their magic, the tile looked new! In fact, it looked so good I had them back to do the rest of the bathrooms. They are prompt, professional, clean, conscientious, and a great value! The estimate and the final bill were identical. They definately earned my loyalty.

Dan came out promptly after my call to provide an estimate. I scheduled the date for the service (I think it was about 10 days after the day I called to schedule). Dan came out and did the work in one day - it took him about 8 hours. I am very happy with the result - the grout looks new and is seemingly resisting the mildew which I was fighting constantly prior to his work. The only criticism I would have is that I felt the price was a bit high for the work involved (though Dan did give me a $100 discount since there had recently been a deal available through Angie's List, which I had missed out on).

I got them from one of the Angie's List deals. I had to have the deal which was $150 and had to pay extra because I chose to go with the colored grout stain which was another $275. The floors looked good. Their work was good and they were very nice to work with. We had a glitch because they had to order the colored grout stain and it did not come in. So, they could not do it on the day that it was scheduled and we had to reschedule. They were very busy and so, it took a little while to get the schedule to begin with. They were busy because of the big deal. They were very nice. My only concern about the whole thing and it is something that gives a fact of the reality that goes along with the big deal is that you are paying for the baseline. I did not realize that the colored grout sealer was an extra. He came out and looked at the floors to tell me about what my size specifications were within the boundaries of the coupon. If I hadn't had the deal, it would have made me wonder as to what the whole thing would have cost. I think that some businesses are taking advantage of the opportunity to do the deals for some baseline to get into some markets. The person was very nice. It still looks okay and I hope that it lasts. It still looks good. I don't have any complaints about the people that did the work. They were very nice to work with and they were efficient. They were pleasant to be around. However, it is a significant chunk of money for me if I have to pay $150 plus another $275. I was the one that made the choice to go with the colored grout stain sealer.

This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had! I had wanted to get my tile/grout cleaned for some time, but needed to plan out my expenses. When I saw the Angie's List Big Deal for the tile/grout cleaning & sealant application, I jumped on it! Dan e-mailed me the next day recommending he come out to look at the job before completing it. We set up an appointment within the next couple of days. Dan came out (on time), looked at the areas I wanted cleaned/sealed and confirmed he's honor the coupon "as is". Although he told me of other services they offer, there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything else from the company. On the day of service, Dan & another employee showed up (on time) and completed the work in about an hour. My tile & grout look great and I am so happy! I would highly recommend Victory Cleaning!

I bought the Big Deal on the web site. Dan called me the next day and set up an appointment for an estimate. He was prompt and polite. He promised me that my shower/bath would look new when he was done and he kept that promise. I wish I had taken a before picture. The whole thing from buying the Big Deal online and the completion of the job was only a week. I highly recommend Dan and Victory Cleaning Services.

We had Dan out the beginning of the month, they did a fabulous job on all of our floors! We have many dogs and our floors take a serious beating. Dan put a very shiny on our hard wood floors and they are now fantastic! We thought we would have have to get our dining room floor completely sanded etc. We did not need to do that thanks to Dan. They went from dull to Awesome! Our carpet now looks awesome and so does our ceramic tile! He is a very nice guy and so is his staff! Thanks very much to Victory Cleaning Systems!

He was prompt, flexible, and customer focused. Protective "booties" were placed over their shoes when they entered the house. He called us and asked if he could move up our work date to Saturday. This worked really well for us. They were uniformed and organized.

My poor old dog surprised us this morning with bloody vomit on the carpet! Diagnosed at the vet as a bleeding ulcer, he's getting GOOD CARE now, but I thought cleaning the carpet would be impossible. I started with some enzymatic pet stain cleaner, and then called Dan Brown of Victory Cleaning. I had used his service five or six years ago to clean white carpet in the basement of this house just after I'd bought it, but I didn't remember his name -- I just found Victory Cleaning under carpet cleaning on Angie's LIst and only recognized him when he got here. Dan did a GREAT job! On the phone, he told me to leave the enzymatic cleaner on the stain and let it work until he got here, and that the cost would be $75.00. When he arrived, he went to work, vacuuming out all the fluid, using another solution and steam, and finally a treatment to take care of the last little shadow left by the stain. While he was here, he offered to clean the adjacent kitchen tile (ceramic) for just $40.00 more. The grout and tile are clean, and he was able to remove some spots of adhesive on the tile that I had been unable to remove. It looks wonderful, and so does the carpet that was stained. And the bill was no more than he said it would be. I'm very happy with his prompt service and the quality of the work. AND, he came back to re-treat the stain, no charge!

I told Dan we were preparing our house for an eventual sale. We hope to put the house on the market in March 2011. The entry had not been redone since we built the house in 1967, and he did a good job. The tile in the master shower had a lot of mildew, and looked very bad. He cleaned it up, and it should make a good appearance as we show our house.

Perfectly! We even offered to pay more, but Dan refused -- standing behind his estimate. Very conscientious--staff wore booties while cleaning and they left some for us. Finished under the time estimate. No dust or residue; the house even smelled fresher! We have already recommended Victory to friends and colleagues--and very highly recommend them to everyone! He does an excellent job. I have used him for years. He just does a perfect job. He is kind and courteous. He shows up on time. I just can't recommend him more. I think his price is kind of high. He does such an excellent job that I think I guess his pricing is fair.
