I actually dealt with the owner through the entire process. It is clear this guy takes great pride in delivering HIGH QUALITY work. My master bathroom shower (a very large 2 headed shower) was looking a bit funky (moldy grout was different colors etc) so I had them out to look at doing something with the shower and to get some estimates on the rest of my tile floor in the house. To get started I decided to just get the master shower fixed. They color sealed the grout a natural looking grout color and 6 months and several hundred showers later it still looks like the shower is BRAND NEW!!!! WOW do this color seal treatment they use is clearly done by professionals. They have obviously done this several hundred times and have it mastered --- as it shows in the quality of their work. Based on the high quality of the work and value of the cost -- I am getting much needed work done on the rest of my house. The estimate for the rest of the work is around $750. A fair cost considering the amount of work I have scheduled. I take great comfort in knowing I will get a fair cost and I will recieve high quality work. Based on my experience with Victory I know the owner and his skilled crew will ensure my satisfaction as they did on the first job. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG HIRING THESE FOLKS.

The crew was very nice, professional, and helpful. They took my carpets, brought them back, told me what they did, and unrolled them for me.

It was easy to schedule the cleaning (using their web site), and Dan and his partner were on time and very professional and courteous from start to finish. They finished quickly and did a superb job. They removed all of the many pet stains and my carpet looks great! I will definitely use them again.

Went well they were on time professional and neat. At one point 3 men were working in the bathroom. They used elbow grease, steam and pressure washing as well asa polishing tool to remove white substance around the faucets they did a great job and cleaned up tooI was very pleased

Originally came in and did the grout cleaning and chair upholstery cleaning and that went well. Unfortunately the wood floor refinishing left a circular pattern in the finish. I called and they came back to resolve this but the visit did not resolve the problem. I haven't contacted them again about this at this time due to being out of town but I am not pleased with the work on the wood floor.

I really liked the professionalism of the two men who came to bid the work, one of which was the owner. I didn't have them do the work because they were a bit higher priced than the company I ultimately chose, and they would not have been able to start the job as soon as I wanted.

Overall, it went extremely well thanks to Dan's professionalism and kindness. Dan gave us a quote, scheduled the service, called when they were en route and arrived as scheduled. He and his co-worker were polite and efficient. Several days later, I noticed a few areas on the wood floor that caused me some concern. I was hesitant about contacting Dan, but I shouldn't have been. He was professional and kind and scheduled a time to come out and take care of the situation. My 10 year old hardwood floors now look beautiful, and Dan and his co-worker were able to do it without the sanding and mess involved in refinishing a floor. Working with these men was refreshing. They were professional, polite and efficient, and they took pride in their work. I highly recommend this company.

Dan and his employees showed up on time--for estimates and for work. Dan and his employees disrupted our routine as little as was possible with all the work that they were doing. Dan and his employees were kind and respectful and cleaned up after themselves and put everything back as it should be before leaving. We will call them for services in the future. Best contractors we've dealt with on Angie's List so far!

It was a great experience! I had purchased the Angies List Natural Stone Big Deal and contacted the company. Dan came out & gave us an estimate for the work. Our floor had not had any type of care for a number of years. The day that the work was scheduled, Dan arrived & began to clean the floor. As he worked through each step, he explained to me what he was doing. The end result is beautiful! Our marble foyer has never looked so good! Dan provided me with information on how to care for the floor and it just seems to look better all the time. I will definitely use their services in the future!

Our home was for sale and during the first showing, our basement flooded. We called Victory Cleaning and Dan and his crew showed up that day! We were very impressed from using them before but had no idea they would be able to accommodate us so quickly. They showed up and started sucking the water out of the carpets and padding right away. They removed over 80 gallons of water from our carpets and cleaned them in a very short amount of time. Within 24 hours of the flooding, our carpets were dry and cleaner than before the flood took place. Our house sold the next day and we know it would not have been possible without Victory Cleaning. We will be calling them for our future floor care needs.

It was wonderful. I had a party, which was a last minute thing. He was able to squeeze me in, and he did it fast. I don't have much carpet, but we were impressed that he was able to squeeze us in on such short notice. He did a great job. He was friendly and nice. I would use this provider again in the future.

They were on time. They called and kept me updated on when they would be here. They showed up and worked very hard. They were a pleasure to deal with. They were also very knowlegeable. They were everything that you would want in a company.

Victory Cleaning performed excellently. They were on time for the estimate appointment and for the work. It was completed on time. Dan considers it very important to keep their customer's houses clean while they are performing so he wore booties to make sure nothing was tracked throughout the house. As I mentioned, they discovered that the caulking joint between the shower floor and wall tile had to be recaulked. When he was finished I asked what we owed them since I knew the caulking work was not expected. However, Victory Cleaning completed this work and still held firm on their $600 estimate.

We bought an Angie's coupon for this service. We were not in a hurry for it and scheduled it several weeks in advance. Dan and his assistant arrived on time and had the floor cleaned and varnished in less than 3 hours. The floor looks much cleaner and shinier. Dan warned us that the areas where the finish had been completely worn off would still look gray, and they do. I regard this as a temporary solution to improve the appearance of the kitchen. If you want your hardwood floor to look like new, there is no substitute for a complete sanding and refinishing, but this was quicker and cheaper.

The owner, Dan, came over and explained the process and said the shower would look like new when he was done. We are the first homeowners for this house and the tile and grout looked better than it did on move in day! The problem area was down around the shower pan and Dan was able to remove the old caulking and thoroughly clean the corners. Dan and his colleague not only cleaned the glass shower doors but removed them to clean the shower door track, something I would never be able to do. Everything looked great but after the shower was used a couple of times we noticed a few dark spots form along a few grout lines. I figured they were spots missed with the color seal product considering it was white tiles and white grout lines, very hard to see once everything was dry. I marked the spots and called Victory and they came out the next day and reapplied the color seal on the marked areas. Since then everything has been great with no problems. While Dan was here he also gave some cleaning tips and an estimate on another job. I used an Angie's list The Big Deal coupon for this service.

I thought i would try his service out. I am not disappointed. The project was good and I am a satisfied customer.

I contacted Dan after seeing a coupon offer from his company on Angie's List. I didn't know if he could really help my very dirty, no finish hardwood floors and wanted him to look at the job before committing. Dan came out within a day of my initial call and said he would be able to make a nice improvement in my floors by giving them a deep cleaning and new shine. We made an appointment for service within a few days, and boy was he right!! The improvement is nothing short of amazing. The process took about four hours with drying time and Dan gave detailed instructions for care of the new finish including not putting down rugs for 7 days. Despite my concerns, there was almost no chemical smell from the process. During the job, Dan was very professional and courteous and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He is now on my go-to list of service providers and I highly recommend him.

We contacted Victory Cleaning Systems through an Angie's List Big Deal. When the representative, Greg, arrived I only expected him to give us an estimate for replacing mildewed caulking in our shower which had been replaced improperly numerous times by other professionals. However, I was happily surprised when he said he had anticipated doing the job right away. Greg found where the problem areas were and removed the old caulk. There happened to be quite a lot of water behind the shower walls which he said could signal a bigger problem, ie a higher cost to me. However, he had the right tools on hand and the expertise to appropriately address the issue. He used a powerful fan to blow out the water and dry the walls quickly and efficiently and discovered the source of the water leak. He put on new high grade caulking, taking care to do the job to my exacting specifications. The end result was great. He answered all my questions and explained why and what he was doing. Greg was efficient, conscientious, professional and an expert at what he did. I would hire Victory Cleaning Systems again.

Both jobs went well. They arrived promptly and went right to work answering any questions we had. They left the areas they worked in clean. The tile and grout in our bathroom were in such poor condition before we hired them that we had been considering having them replaced. We couldn't believe our eyes when they finished. Their restoration made the tile and grout looked like new. We decided against having the tile replaced

Better than expected....we are totally pleased.

The whole experience was very good. Dan and Gregg are two very nice, helpful young men. Before, the grouting was the color of dirty water. I tried bleaching it with a bleach stick, which was not kind to my knees and it didn't look all that great. Within a month, it looked dingy again. It was depressing and I was embarrassed for friends to use the guest bath. After Victory Cleaning, my tile looks immaculate and the color they used for the grouting seal makes the tile look so much better. This is the best home improvement money I have spent.
