Master. They are very professional. Owner Dan arrived promptly at the appointment time and evaluated the 2 showers I wanted re-grouted. We agreed on the price and a week later his 2 man crew arrived, again, exactly on time. They did a great job and my showers look new. They did such a good job I had them come back to clean my carpets.

This was the first professional carpet cleaning I've had done and I couldn't believe the difference it made. The 2 man crew arrived exactly on time and did a great job. The same crew did my shower tiles the week before and were just as professional as before.

The service was performed in a timely and professional manner. Cleaning personnel arrived on time and work provided met expectations. This is the second time I have used this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will be using them again in the future.

It was frustrating to have to call Dan back but, as I said before, he was responsive and overall it went well.

C,leaned very dirty shower stall, tile, floor and glass doors; also cleaned the attached Jacuzzi bath/area. Re-grouted most of it or cleaned the grout and cleaned everything else well. They also advised on how to keep it clean and what to use to clean it.

It started shaky because I thought that the price of the job was the value of the coupon. Turns out that wasn't true. But the owner honored the coupon and did the job anyway.

Overall I am very pleased with the service that was provided. There were issues with our appointment due to a computer glitch but he went above and beyond to make it up to us. The finished product was very satisfactory and they finished the job within the timeframe we were given. I would definitely use this company again.

After a couple of mis-starts Dan came out and provided me a bid for a power clean and re-grout in my shower. The bid was very reasonable and his crew was able to actually do the work just a few days later. Everything looks good. I would definitely recommend his company.

Pretty well. I chose not to have them sanded and resurfaced due to cost, however there was a distinction between where I had an area rug. You could still see the outline where the rug had been. The floors look so much better once they were done. I did notice a few smudges on the floor once it dried. All in all they did a good job. The staff was very professional and helped me move a couple of things off of the floor to another room.

This company did a great job cleaning and sealing our marble master shower stall and cleaning and polishing our marble tile entry floor. We went around a little in the beginning trying to figure out what all work we wanted Dan to do, but eventually we decided what we wanted to spend and where. Cleaning and sealing the master shower stall was our first priority. We just bought our house this year, and there is a lot of work to be done, so we want to be careful where all we spend our money. Dan was very helpful in providing us the best deal he could to obtain our business. The work was very well done, but we did have some questions about the sealing of the shower stall. Louis came out to inspect the work done and made the corrections we asked about. Dan followed up afterward to ensure we were happy. It was a good experience, and I would hire them again.

They were very courteous in setting up the appointment. They arrived on time and listened to my concerns as they reviewed the work to be done. It took less than 2 hours, and I was very pleased with the results.

There is nothing to tell. We could not make a deal.

Very professional and friendly during our visit. Will complete work when remodeling projects are completed to prevent scratching the marble floor once it's polished!

They did a great job and the wood floor in the entry way now looks beautiful. I never knew it could look this pretty!

The first appointment was with the manager, who came into the home to view and quote the project. On the day of service two men came in and were in my shower for nearly 7 hours. They put down plastic to prevent getting anything on the floor. They used a vacuum while cutting out the grout in order to replace that. Once they had everything removed they started the process of replacing the grout and caulk. It was very tedious work and they worked very hard. They did not leave a mess and had an excellent demeanor the entire time even though they must have been exhausted.

It was a much harder job than they first thought. They worked very hard and spent a lot of time and effort restoring my 25 year old entryway floor. It looks great.

It was like new and they cleaned everything up. They left absolutely no mess.

I had purchased a $75 coupon for $150 off "Shower Stall Restored Like New Credit". My fault that I didn't read the fine print where it said that the service costs approximately $300-$700. We had decided to replace our old, grungy, builder's grade doors with new "clean" technology doors. When I saw the coupon, I thought "great, let's get the rest spiffed up, too". Grout was beginning to fail in a couple of small places near the bottom, it needed recaulking around the shower pan and I just didn't fell like scrubbing the lower tiles. The rest of the shower was really very clean, and except for a few questionable spots, the grout was in good shape. We had the old doors and frame off as well as the shower head and the new frame cut to size and ready to install. I think it was Dan who came out to take a look before the job. He agreed that we should just leave it wide open and then pop the new frame and doors in before he caulked it. At that time he also asked what I was expecting to pay and explained that the wording in the coupon had confused some customers. Right. I was one of them. I was expecting to pay another $75--again--my fault for not reading carefully. But he also mumbled something about--they had been honoring... Apparently we were not one those honorees. So for a total of $225 we got the following:1. Old caulk removed--in the shower--we had already cleaned up pretty well where the old doors had been.2. Tile cleaned. Looks great at eye level and was problably well cleaned at the bottom before grouting.3. Grout cleaned and repaired. Spot on. Except for one tiny place where the grout pen din't quite stick--no big deal. 4. I'm assuming--help holding things in place while my husband installed the uprights (holes and anchors were already in place) and lifting the doors onto the tracks. BTW I had taken the new doors down by my 130 lb self after the we had fitted everything. They just had to hang in place.5. No cleaning of the grungy doors necessary.6. Recaulking. Shower pan looks great. Corners clean. New shower frame caulked--except for the top of the cross bar--forgot that.7. Entirely too much grout residue or something on the tiles near the frame, on the "wet wall" and near the bottom. It could be felt and seen if looked at closely. I had to scrape it off with a blade. Didn't look like grout haze and I'm not used to grout coming off that way--so I either got to it fast enough or it may have been residue from the cleaning process. Either way--not clean enough. A tiny bit of it remains where it was caulked over.The experience wasn't bad. I just didn't expect to pay that much and wish I had been contacted and told about the "confusion" when they realized it. I might not have commited to the job if I had known enough ahead. And the job was not quite "like new". I still had to do some caulking and clean-up.Not sure I would hire again for this purpose, but they have done other work (rug cleaning) for us with which we were quite pleased.

We were scheduled to have the service done on Friday afternoon at 1PM. The contractor didn't show up until 4:45 and stayed until 7:45 PM. Had this been during the work week it wouldn't have been so bad, but being Friday night it forced us to cancel some plans and we were never offered an opportunity to reschedule.The company explained they had a workder come down with food poisoning and I can understand that but at least give us the courtesy of asking to do it anohter time. The person performing the work thought the job was underbid and we weren't happy as we thought the ad was deceiving. We thought we were buying a $150.00 job for $75.00. We actually were buying a $150.00 coupon for $75.00 and the job was estimated at $300.00 so the total price ended up being $225.00. I think the ad needed to be more clear.The actual work was done well but in the process some of the grout holding the shower tiles came out and we didn't catch until after the worker left. We called the company and they came back and filled in that grout and that went very smoothly.Overall, they did a good job but could have done a better job of coordinating a schedule that worked for us and the ad was not clear and we probably wouldn't have done the deal had we fully undertood the total cost.
