Description of Work: I had six cracked and one chipped ceramic tile in my kitchen/dining area. The guys pulled up the old tiles and replaced them with some I had left over from the original job. They also regrouted many areas where it had cracked or come out. The original grout was also discolored so they put a lighter sealer/grout on my entire two floors. I couldn't be happier. They did an awesome job.

Description of Work: He arrived the next day after calling and after careful evaluation recommended that I replace the tile in our shower rather than him clean it. He was thoughtful in his reasoning and explained his conclusions clearly. I appreciate his honesty.

Description of Work: provider said that the coupon ran without his consent or knowledge. He said the same coupon ran a year ago but he didn't want to do it again. Part of the reason was that the coupon could be misinterpreted as providing the shower cleaning for a total of $75 rather than a $75 credit off a total charge of $300-700. We interpreted the coupon in this way as well--that the coupon covered the entire cleaning rather than just a portion of it. Per the original offer, he was to respond within two days to the coupon to set up the appointment. When he didn't call on that Friday, we tried to call him on Monday but got his voice mail only and left a message. He did not return the call so we again left a message on Tuesday. On Thursday we called again and got hold of the owner. He provided the details as outlined above and told me how to get the refund from Angie's List. He was willing to come out and give us an estimate for the work, and we decided to consider before going that route.

Description of Work: Victory cleaning deep cleaned and sealed our hardwood floors in 3 rooms(living room and 2 bedrooms) which had been neglected since the original refinishing over 30 years ago!. Our first call was returned promptly, the owner came to our house soon after and gave a bid, after discussing the advantages and limitations. The crew called us the morning of the service to let us know they were stalled in traffic on Metcalf Avenue and would be 15 minutes late. they got to work immediately on arrival;, and began the cleaning process, which included removing the mildew stain on the tile in our upstairs bathroom and regrouting part of it. My house has never smelled cleaner ( this would be worth their cleaning alone!), the bathroom looks new and my floors are so much shinier, smoother and more easily cleaned. Important:Don' t expect: Deep cleaning will not remove old, dark stains of deep penetration and many years: we did not expect this as we were advised by Victory that only replacement of the damaged floorboards would do that. Also very important: Do this : we hired another firm to move out ALL furniture and store in a pod on our driveway before the cleaning. This allowed the finish to dry really thoroughly, as well as allowing Victory to do a more thorough, efficient job. I would recommend Vicotry without hesitation and hire them again. Description of Work: The coupon I used for Victory was $75.00 toward a $150.00 cleaning of shower tile. They do some kind of steam cleaning, but two months later it looked the same as when they arrived. They wanted to do a tile coloring for another $185.00 which I think was very high for my little shower so now, for $75.00 I am back where I started. When the company advertises, "make you shower look like new", they don't tell you that you will have to spend extra. They are very pleasant people and did lighten up a bit of grout around a few small kitchen tiles at no charge.

Description of Work: They was vary professional. they arrived early. I had two bathrooms they cleaned one has a tub the other a shower stall. They were hear for about four and a half hours. When the finished i could not beleave How much better it looked. It looked like it did when it was new.I would difinately reccomed them to anyone

Description of Work: Had an old (house built in 1930s) upstairs walk in shower that was all made of white subway type tile (including the ceiling), cleaned and regrouted and sealed. Also had my kitchen counters all cleaned and the grout cleaned and recolored and sealed. The tiles are rustic looking with a texture to them and whitish grout and had become quite discolored when compared to the backdrop pcs. They made it all look almost brand new. Also replaced one lg kitchen floor tile that had been broken (fortunately I had some extra). Did a great job with all of it and were very professional in all my dealings with them.
