+ -1 moreBarbara and her team are the best starting with the wonderful delivery guys and Barbara herself. I sent my almost 30-year old club chairs and ottoman to Barbara to be recovered. She contacted me about “refreshing” the chairs with new seat foam and additional feathers inserted into the back pillows. When the chairs were returned to me, they looked and felt like brand new chairs. The workmanship is perfect and I couldn’t be happier.

Description of Work: Upholstered Elegance made me 6 custom patio cushions. Working with the owner was for the most part a good experience. Unfortunately she quoted me one price and then a day later came back with a different price. I thought at that time, since it was her error, she probably should have split the cost with me, but did not. She also stated a time frame in which the cushions would be ready. They were ready when stated, however, when I called to check on them to make sure they were going to be ready, she said they would probably not be ready until the following week. Again, though she did deliver on original date. The cushions are beautiful and the quality is outstanding. I would definitely recommend her again!

+ -1 moreShe is very prompt, shows up when she says she will, calls when she needs to - all in all the communication is superb. The quality of workmanship is fantastic. There were a couple of small footrests that were part of the patio furniture that needed to be recovered also. It was a little tricky to get the old fabric off and put the new fabric on due to the construction of the footrests, but here crew did it and did an excellent job. Today I just gave her 6 chair cushions for my dining room set, and fabric to make 8 pillows. Her prices are reasonable and she is very pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: Barbara Dreyer and her crew not only made a beautiful slipcover for a loveseat, but also procured outdoor fabric for and recovered 8 cushions for patio furniture. All of these turned out beautifully. She has good recommendations when I have questions or have trouble making a decision.
