48 hours after the call, the new system was operational. I got 4 estimates and Trombino was about $ 1000 below tne next lowest bid. They came, did their work, cleaned up and were most professional.

Done, no problem.

Install went well.

They sent a technician out within the hour. He found that the capacitor that runs the motor was defective. Replace the faulty part and tested the entire unit. You hear so many horror stories about being charged for parts and labor you did not need. This was NOT the case in my experience. These guys are great! Thank you.

I thought for sure I would not get anyone out on a Friday afternoon, however when I contacted Trombino Heating and Cooling the person that answered the phone was very helpful and assured me that they would get someone out ASAP. Heck I did not even realize it was going to snow until they told me they would make this a priority because it was going to progressively get cold as the day goes on. The technician that worked on the furnace was very professional and thorough as he was troubleshooting the issue. When he found the problem was the blower motor he explained what the issue was and why, reviewed total cost and amount of time it will take. The cost was very reasonable as this is the second time I had this motor changed. Our AC went out on 8/30 holiday weekend. Placed a call to our home warranty and put in work order. We assumed we'd have to wait until Tuesday to get anyone out here. We called and left a message with the thought of being first on the list for service this was on Monday morning -- Labor Day. By noon we had a call and Larry came out. No extra fee for working on a holiday. In 30 minutes we had air. We are elderly and one with severe medical issues. It meant a lot that he came out on a holiday. He even advised us regarding our unit and what the costs would be to put a new unit in. There was no pressure to buy a whole unit, just information on options and the cost.
