Wow, my shower is gorgeous! My experience with Transcendent Home Solutions was five stars all the way. Zach was prompt, personable and knowledgeable. There was a delay in shipping the materials, through no fault of THS. Page was the installer, and he was awesome - very particular about his work and nice as can be. He spotted a flaw in the shower base and another one had to be ordered. Again, through no fault of THS. He did a great job - above and beyond! The project took longer than expected, but it was understandable. I'm thrilled with the way everything turned out, and I definitely recommend THS to anyone looking for a shower upgrade.

They are very misleading. They are not a remodeling company They are very restrictive on what they provide. They do not paint? What remodelers do not paint? I dealt with Zach and it seems everything that I wanted they didn't provide. I was told a lot to things and we are still dealing with the Shower door. They had one guy doing the full remodel. Page was good but my husband had to help with several things. ( that is not what we wanted) we hired them so we didn't have to do it ourselves. Zach never once showed up on site expect to get a check. At one point, in the beginning of the job they were delayed and I was not happy. Instead of trying to diffuse the situation he started yelling at me. Not the kind of customer service that I wanted. They do not install tile of any kind. they do not paint. He constantly spoke about having a maintenance free bathroom for 30 years and I told him what is the point of having a 30 year bathroom if you don't like what is looks like. Its ok but its very basic. I asked for a shower the size of my old tub that was being removed and this shower is much smaller. Zach does not have the experience to handle a remodel. he is a salesman and not a remodeler. They are not cheaper and they cannot handle a full remodel. I would recommend that you find a company that have more experience and does a complete remodel. (including paint and tile)

I worked with Zach at THS and from beginning to end he made sure my dream bathroom became a reality! Of course it took a week longer than expected due to shipping delays but it was so worth it!! He even did several walk throughs to ensure it was meeting my expectations and if not he fixed it! I’m so happy we went with this company! They made my dream bathroom a reality on budget!!

They were not on time for anything, they left junk stuff on my home for 2 weeks. There trailer that they used is on my drive way the whole time, I cant park because of this. The owner just show up the first day, and he got a flu after that. It was the worst drywall job that I ever seen.

My bathroom looks amazing, very pleased. They were extremely flexible, reliable, efficient and easy to work with!

Zach and his team did an great job on my old 1974 bathroom it's beautiful. The THS team was professional, showed up on time and their workmanship is amazing.

The remodel THS did is incredible, it’s a day and night difference, they were easy to communicate, I’d highly recommend!

This company is amazing. I called about updating my guest bathroom. They were prompt, polite, and they wore shoe booties to keep my floor clean. They showed me several options for my bathroom/shower walls that I would not have considered. They came in on budget and on time (very unusual in todays market). I’m thinking about upgrading my Master Bathroom next! 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best bathroom transformation I could have ever expected. I was a little nervous at first but as Zach walked me through the consultation, his expertise put me at ease. When it was finished, my expectations were above and beyond exceeded as his construction team was able to deliver my vision of a perfect bathroom just as I imagined it.
