Top Line Glassworks

A couple things 1.when I called him I never got a business name from him it seems he is going by tip line construction though everything current suggests top line glassworks This window was first called on over a year ago to be worked on. My landlord set it up because I rent . It took multiple calls to get this mans company to come to my house they took measurements and notes because I had a problem with the window frame inside. Months and I heard nothing I call him and get excuses and told my window is here and let’s schedule a time , this took again multiple calls to finally get him out He shows up with a window the wrong size and none of the notes about what’s going on inside , he tells me he will be back in a week with the window and he doesn’t even need to come in so he will just show up None months later again I contact him because even my landlord is wondering about this and I’m worried for them because I fear this man billed her He tells me again a week it doesn’t happen , the landlord calls and they say another week it doesn’t happen . I contacted him this morning and he had no plan to come to my house to do this work other jobs are needing to be done like *** a year and my window job doesn’t take priority? He cursed at me and hung up on me then tries to call me back like it’s all cool? My landlord thankfully has instructed me that if he hadn’t put the window in today someone else would , I will never recommend Kent or this company his lack of punctuality, respect and customer service is unfathomable . This man lacks any respect for anyone and in these times were small businesses are hurting I find of shameful that he would purposely screw over the people that work for him by putting on such a infantile display on how to operate a business

Kent did a good job replacing our older sliding shower doors with a newer style glass swinging door. The new door has much thicker glass and works perfectly. Very reasonable price considering the quality of the newer door.

He was easy to talk to, safe, careful, and courteous. His prices were very fair. He makes house calls. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and knows others in his field.

I contacted Mr. Kent Fisher to obtain an estimate to replace the cheap builders shower enclosure that started to leak after only six years of use. Kent, the owner himself, came over the next day after I called him and drew up an estimate to remove and replace the existing shower enclosure with custom cut 3/8" glass with oil-rubbed bronze hardware. Kent transformed a sub-standard shower into what we were looking for..."WOW!", and that's what we got! Kent also provided and extra service and we had him redo the grout on the bottom inside corner of the shower as well. An amazing job!! Looks better than brand new!

One remodeled shower was able to use a standard size frameless shower door unit with chrome hardware. The enclosure fit very well and no modifications were needed. The second remodeled shower required a custom size frameless shower door and glass wall with brushed nickel hardware. The first shower door did not fit properly when he came to install it, so he immediately ordered a new one and when it was ready drove to Manhattan, KS to pick it up instead of waiting for shipping. The enclosure fit very well and no further modifications were needed. Both shower enclosures are beautiful and provide that European look that makes our 25 year old house seem modern today. Initially we planned to buy new mirrors to replace those over the two vanities, but he helped us determine that significant money could be saved if the existing 25 year old mirrors were beveled and holes drilled for installation of lights. Beveling and drilling worked fine, and installation went very well. He is very accurate in his measurements, resulting is good installation. Pays attention to detail and does high quality work. He also has a good attitude and was easy to work with. Always called us to advise when he was coming to do work. Overall we are very satisfied with the work that he did.
