THE GREENSMAN

For any outdoor project in the Kansas City area, weather is an uncontrollable variable which impacts scheduling. From the start, Greensman owner Kristopher brought creativity and attention to detail to the project. We had a 4 year old water feature (very uniquely shaped) which leaked and didn't look as nice as we'd hoped it would when we originally installed it. I contact Kristopher at the Greensman to see if he had a solution which would be better than the original installer's work. One of the most impressive qualities about Kristopher is his commitment to getting the project done right. He took time to research different construction methods and priced out various options to us. He also is great about respecting the client's tastes and wishes while challenging us to do something a little different. Once we decided on an approach, everything went as planned, to the extent the weather cooperated. The project did stretch out, but the techniques used required certain weather conditions (this was the only reason I did not give them straight "A's"). I found the company to be very responsive any time I had a concern or question. The end product is absolutely gorgeous and came in under our estimated budget! We've already decided to use them for other projects around our yard, although none of that work has been done yet.

They have been doing good work for us. They are cooperative. If I don?t like something, I tell them about it. They fix it or do it. Their price is a little high.
