+ -1 moreWe put money down while they were doing the credit check. They took our money and my daughter's money because we were co-signing for her. We decided not to go with them and they still kept our money. We went in because we wanted to get our information back since we weren't going to go with them, but they wouldn't give it back. They were not professional. They smoked in the office. Also, you aren't supposed to have pets if you rent with them but the lady that was showing us around was on the phone with somebody while we were with her about a pet that they had. They were condescending and intrusive.
Description of Work: We were going to get a rental house through them.
