+ 0 moreTech Power was originally recommended to me by the Metropolitan Energy Center in 2005, before attn. to issues surged. Their experience spans several decades. I wanted the ability to function without fossil fuel within my urban house. TPS encouraged passive sustainability adjustments to my modest, 70-year-old, built-as-an-early-"suburban" house before we added solar panels, d.c. power to a.c. power converter system, and storage batteries. The system was methodically designed to suit this structure, its alignment to the sun, and other natural anomalies of its location. Small but useful adjustments were made to the house's original electrical system. The story is long. I'm most impressed by the company's thoroughness and conscientiousness. Description of Work: Designed & installed solar power and its storage system. Continues to respond to questions. The system has needed NO service and is as dependable as the sun itself.

Description of Work: Tech Power Systems installed solar power to my house. The technical skill with which the system was installed, the effective functioning of the system over the past three years and five months, and continuing service--whether actual or simply to answer questions--have been outstanding. Installing such a system requires being able to observe specific needs according to idiosyncrasies of structure and landscape. Tech Power Systems has the knowledge, skills and willingness to respond to specific needs. They can be slow. But given the complexity of the task, the wait is worth the results. The date provided was the last attention to a change necessitated by my purchase of an efficient kitchen range. Costs have ranged from $0. to five figures--the price of panels and batteries before equipment prices started to come down.
