 + -1 moreLouisville Ladder was defective and the when the workman tried to install it, he let 100 year old black dust fall out from the attic. The dust was in my home for 6 weeks. Sutherlands was not responsible for this. What they did was pay for the reconstruction for this and make things right. Charged $69.00 for the ladder, took that back and sold me a better product at $300.00. They did not charge for a service fee. They did not recommend Mike Black. They recommended another person and paid for it as well.
Description of Work: Installed a pull down ladder.
