I was very impressed with the care Glen duPont used in the grinding process and the neatness of the residue, especially the great care and precision of his work maneuvering his large machine in the tight area surrounding by the many small rocks. He had come exactly one time and was very willing to answer questions and offer advice on other trees and bushes in the yard. A very good experience all around. I would definitely use this company again.

Had Louise come out an give an estimate. Then, I found more stumps in the yard and called back for a reestimate. Louise seemed put out for me asking for her to come out again and rebid the service. I did not use her service, even though she was a little bit cheaper.

She did a great job. She was very busy, so it was hard to get her out here to get the work done. Once she showed up, it was quick and good. I would use her again in the future if necessary.

They quoted $215 for the stump and an additional $100 for the roots but generally it was $215. They did have different options. I ended up using somebody else to get the work done because of the pricing. I didn’t have any other problems with them except for their price. I would consider using their services in the future for receiving an estimate.

She was prompt, reliable and reasonably priced. She did the job well and I was very happy it.
