Excellent experience. Very helpful in process on clearing out home. Extremely reponsive.

Spoke with Steve on Monday briefly, he called back Tuesday morning and apologized for not getting back with me on Monday, he came to the property Tuesday midday, quoted a price I thought was fair and set to work, 4 +/- hours later the job was done and the area cleaned. Will certainly utilize services again should the need arise.

Called them and set up time for following day to remove a giant pile of debris from our remodel. They showed up right on time, managed to get the entire pile loaded up (it was a mountain of debris) even swept up the area and left it looking better than it did before we started accumulating the junk. Very polite and professional. Would definitely use them again. Some of the "big name" junk haulers would have bid this as triple the price or more.

I was delighted to have the freezer gone and would not hesitate to hire them again to help with my overcrowded laundry room and basement.

Steve was very prompt and did exactly what he said he would. I will be using him again!

They arrived on time, worked guickly, and were very careful not to do any damage when hauling items from inside. I was more than pleased with their friendly attitude and with the speed of loading my very large load of junk. I also liked the fact that they planned to recycle whatever could be recycled.

Steve called the night before our appointment and confirmed and date and time. He and his helper arrived exactly on time and did a wonderful job on all my tree limbs and yard waste. He chipped everything and then spent more time removing other limbs that should have been cut prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he told me what the charge would be and it was fair and reasonable. I plan to call him later this summer and have him remove a few small volunteer trees and more limbs that have suddenly grown larger. When he left, there was no sign that anything like lawn debri had been stacked all over my yard -- everything was either raked up or swept up! One of othe more pleasant experiences I've had and have come to expect from Angies List.

Arrived, gave me a reasonable estimate and had everything loaded and gone in 20 minutes.

He wasn't willing to wait for me to get everything together, so I had to have it ready for him. I would use him again as long as I have someone to move the stuff to my driveway.

He charges $220.00 a truckload. He was punctual and his price and quality of service was excellent. My overall experience with him was excellent.

The phone was answered right away when I called. The person I spoke with arranged for someone to come out first thing next morning to give me an estimate. I was also told he would be ready to haul, if I agreed to the estimate. The estimate was comparable to what I had paid for a similar job a few years ago, and it seemed reasonable. The hauler was not only on time, but he was a little early. The job was done politely, professionally, neatly and completely. Highly recommended.

They did exactly what they were supposed to do and they charged me less than what other people were going to charge me. I had no problems at all.

We called to schedule the hauling and Steve was available the next day. We had a $99 big deal coupon which helped bring the overall price down. When they arrived, they noted that our lawn, which they had to drive across to get to the rock pile, was soft from the recent rain and offered to come back after a few days of dry weather which was nice. They came back a few days later as agreed and took all 2 and a half loads away within a few hours. They took away every last pebble of the rock pile and neatly raked the ground after they were finnished. Everything went very smoothly and I would definately call Steve's again the next time we need hauling.

I used a coupon for this job. He did not email or call to schedule the job after I purchased it, I had to call him to set it up. But after I called and scheduled it, things went smoothly and the guys showed up on the date and time of scheduling and took apart my sandbox, loaded it in the truck and they asked for the coupon to be printed out and given to them at that time, which I was surprised about. But I was able to do that quickly. I wish Steve had told me to have the printed coupon available.

I talked to Steve that morning and told him I had cleaned out the basement and garage and had a lot of garbage to haul away. He had a "Big Deal" on Angie's List that cut the cost of one truck load in half (from $200 to $100). He explained that there would be an additional charge for bringing the stuff up from the basement. He said that he could send someone over that afternoon and we picked a time. The guy that Steve sent was great. He arrived when he said he would. He got more in the truck than I thought was possible. Most of the stuff was in the garage, but a few of the bigger things were in the basement and the charge was $50. I had priortized what I wanted to go first since I knew I had more than a truck load and would put the remaining stuff in the regular garbage. He flattened a lot of stuff (e.g. bookcase) to get more into the load and was very efficient with the space. He was courteous and fast. I was so happy with the service that I tipped him $20. Experiences like this is why I am an Angie's List fan. Not only did the "Deal" save me money, but it also put me in contact with a reliable contractor. I will use Steve's Hauling again.

We purchased the coupon and called Steve to come out. Scheduling was very easy and Steve was super accommodating. One of his employees came on time and was very friendly and helpful. We loaded his truck up to the brim, but I then realized that I forgot to print out my coupon. I went ahead and paid the gentleman a check for the full amount of the service, and called Steve to let him know what happened. He held the check until we were able to mail him the coupon (their fax machine wasn't working at the time). I got a letter back from him promptly with the check (uncashed), so it was a very easy remedy to a potentially bad situation. I definitely recommend Steve's General Hauling for their courteous manner and prompt service, and would use them again without hesitation!

I had priced many hauling services, not wanting to pile my stuff at the curb for the city to haul off due to lots of little kids in my neighborhood. This providers regular rate is normally about 250ish for a full truck and when it popped up in my e-mail as an angie's big deal for $99 I hopped right on it. We had to reschedule due to traffic and construction, but they showed up right at the time they were rescheduled and filled that truck lickety-split. Really nice, friendly, hardworking guys. They loaded the truck nice and tight, in a very safe manner and pulled a cover over the top so stuff wouldn't fly out. Steve will send a truck for partial loads, so as I'm de-hoarding I will absolutely use this provider again. They recycle alot of this - it's amazing. What a bargain! Thanks Steve!

I used the "Big Deal" coupon to have Steve's guys haul off a pile of junk from a house remodel. I called Steve and his guys were able to arrive within 30 minutes to get started. I was excited because the coupon offered "junk removal & hauling services (up to 7 cubic yards) for $99". I read that to mean that I could give them "up to" 7 yards of my stuff to haul away. I was a bit disappointed to find out that it really meant that their truck can haul up to 7 yards, if it's lightweight enough. So, they took away probably 4.5 yards or so, leaving a couple of yards behind. I called Steve and explained the confusion, and he was apologetic. Confusion aside, the guys did a good job, and were quick. I was pleased with the work they did.

It went very well. Steve was very nice and did an excellent job. He even sent me before and after photos of the job site.

Steve takes everything from household waste (paint, bug spray etc) to yard waste.
