The guys came by on short notice, quoted a price, and did the job. They were great.

Overall they did an excellent job. The one thing that was off a bit was the price. I was quoted an hourly rate on the phone. So on Sunday, I went out and prepped the area and created 3 piles so I could keep the labor down to an hour. One was the bags of leaves I raked up, the other was the branches (I organized and trimmed them for easy pick up and grinding) and the third was a stack of an old evergreen tree/shrub. Overall it took the guys under 40 minutes, but I was charged 175.00 because of the leaves?? Not sure what that was about, but since I was in a pinch to get these removed I went with it.

I really like how they operated, they brought 3 guys and you paid by the truckload. They told me the cost per truck upfront, since people always add things rather than by the job. They were very efficient and stayed until the work was done especially since we kept adding things to go. For example they removed the junk and wet carpet. We then realized the sheet rock was wet and had to go, once we did that then the studs behind had to go. They helped with it all. They even loaned us tools to help in the demo. They cut up larger things with a chainsaw to maximize the space in the truck.

I called Steve to see what his schedule was. He was able to come in 2 days. He was on time, clean and very professional. His truck was even clean!!! His prices of $150.00 I thought, was very fair. It took about 40 minutes for him to complete the loading. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone who needs this kind of service.
