very good, the work was done quickly and and very satisfactory. The price was very reasonable. Other companies wanted to replace the whole window, but Star Window Solutions agreed that only the window pane needed to be replaced.

The whole experience was painless and went great. Tony and Art did a professional job, and didn't even complain when my dog got in their way. Finished in one day as promised. Would definitely hire again.

Excellent! I was upset that I had a lifetime warranty but the company went out of business. I called Star Windows they came out the next day to give me an estimate on the work. Artem arrived on time. He checked my window and was able to fix the problem quickly. Went I ask the price he didn't charge me.I will definitely call him with any other window problems.

One of the best experiences I have had for home improvement in a long time. Everything was timely, communication was great, and my windows look like new. Was looking at $18,000 to $20,000 to replace a major window and Star Windows was able to make the repairs for about about 1/3 of the cost. Art, Eddie, and Justin were very friendly, easy to communicate with, and very conscientious about their work. I highly recommend them.

Came out for an estimate and supposedly looked at job. Stated would send an email estimate. I did not receive anything and followed up. Responded asking for the email address which I gave. Never got the estimate or another response on angie's list. Assume they saw the job and was too little.

The team arrived at the time that had been set. We then reviewed the work that was to be done, and the repairs began. As the repairs progressed the workers kept us abreast of what they were doing. They had to leave the site for some additional materials and told us why and when they would be back. They arrived at 9 AM and continued to work until 7:30 PM. The repairs took longer than expected so they returned the next day.

They showed up late for the estimate appointment. Then gave a fair price for the work and said they would call to set the appointment. They never called back. I emailed them to check on status and they said they would call "tomorrow" however they never called. I emailed three times and I still got no response.

Work done as described.
Description of Work: I had 4 fogged double pane windows that needed replaced and an operator. The operator was an older model and I had a very difficult time locating it and finding someone to replace it. He did a great job replacing the windows, caulking and painting them once installed, and cleaning up. I was a little nervous about the paint job after reading another review on here, but they did a very nice job with everything. He made sure to call and tell me he was running behind. Price was good too.

Terrible. I had two guys come out and take the wood that was rotted off and replace it with new wood. They used non-paintable cocking. Then they leave with my old paint can to buy more. It's been over a week and I had to call to get someone back out to seal and paint. They lost my paint and never went to buy any. 2 weeks later the guy finally comesee back to paint it. The paint job was half assed and looks terrible. I now have to hire someone else to fix what they did.

Artem came same-day to replace an operator on a casement window. He gave me a written estimate before arriving, was punctual, and completed the repair quickly. His work was clean professional. He was polite and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

He is very willing to learn. He had never weatherstripped windows like mine before, but he was willing to do the research and perform the work as needed. He's very adaptive about trying to help me solve the problem.
