Requested service for google nest thermostat issue with heater/cooling modes not changing. He assisted me with the wires from the Furnace and Heat Pump to workaround this issue. Helpful, communicative and gets his job done. Definitely recommendable and I'd be down to contact him back in the future if anything else goes wrong.
