I have a 100 year old house and Unfortunately I feel RIPPED Off and stupid. I asked Andrew for quote for the outside of my first floor windows and he said $234 and I then asked how long would it take to to this job he said 3 hours, he now tells me he said 2 people I thought he told me 3. I told him the day he was coming that I had a 3 hour appointment , he was to come at 1:00 at 1:40 I called him to tell him I needed to leave and he got here at 2:15. I told him I had an appointment that lasted 3 hours and left. My appointment got cancelled and I came home and Andrew was alone doing my windows and his wife was in the car. She never did come out. He was done in less then 2 hours. I told him how unhappy I am and that I Hate feeling ripped off. The windows look good but for $117 per hour they certainly should, When I am so upset he told me that on his website it says outside only 4 dollars per window. I looked.... no such thing and I do not have 58 windows on my first floor. No such thing in Kansas City that I am aware of. He did not do all the work he said he would. He just did my exterior storms not my windows.

He showed up an hour after the time, but this was quickly forgotten because of how good of a job he did. Andrew cleaned each window inside and out, including the screens. Several windows are a story and a half high, and he even managed to get old paint splatters off of them. So much so, they look new! He was pleasant, worked steadily, cleaned up after himself, and was helpful with advice on future window maintenance. I would definitely recommend hiring him.
