This knowledge of the business accompanied by his diverse experience has been a great asset to my real estate investments.
Description of Work: Southwood Mortgage has completed several mortgage loans for my personal residence as well as my investment properties (approximately 5). Steve handled every aspect of the loan process right up to each closing. Furthermore, each loan he exceeded expectations by providing me with status updates, explaining all of the different loan options and which one he recommends for my needs.
