+ -1 moreI am so grateful for this company! I found them with a simple Google search and really lucked out. After thinking I had bed bugs, I called the number on a Thursday afternoon and the owner was in my house on Friday morning. It turns out they weren’t bed bugs (thank goodness), and the owner explained they were this carpet beetle thing thoroughly, suggested a simple fix to get them completely gone, and didn’t charge me a dime for his time. I highly recommend them and appreciate their quick response, patient education and recommendation. If (heaven forbid) I need pest control services in the future, I know who to call!

+ -1 moreThe inspector seemed knowledgable and honest and thorough. I will call him back in May for a followup inspection.
Description of Work: The company was called for a termite inspection for a recently purchased house. They responded promptly and conducted a complete survey inside and out. Termite damage and tunnels were found. The inspector stated termites were in hibernation in winter and no evidence of current infestation could be found until they became active around May. He suggested I call him back then. If active termites are found then, he would recommend treatment. If none are found, treatment would not be needed. There was no charge for the inspection or advice.

+ -1 moreSOS Pest Control, service only business units, but, they still helped us get rid of the cockroaches in our apartment. They were very polite and professional. They were on time and completed the job very fast. I will use their services in the future too, if, they agree to service residential units.

+ -1 moreAfter calling I was able to schedule an inspection a couple days later. The inspector, Darryl Franke, arrived right on time. He performed a thorough examination of all the possible areas that might have had bugs. While doing so, he provided detailed information about what he was looking for and discussed steps that could be taken if any evidence was found. As it turned out, he didn't find any evidence and so there was no need to proceed with treatment. Throughout the inspection Darryl's manner was very professional, informative, and reassuring and if treatment had been required I would have definitely chosen to have SOS perform the work.
Description of Work: I was concerned about a possible bed bug infestation and called SOS to have them perform an inspection.

+ -1 moreSOS said the termites hadn't found the house and not to worry. They suggested instead of spending a lot of money on a treatment to go to a hardware store and buy a preventive treatment. He even took his shoes off when he came inside the house. I would recommend them to everyone!
