Tim was friendly and very helpful. I never felt pressured to buy anything during the consultation or add on costly upgrades. The install went smoothly and quicker than anticipated. He even installed temporary blinds in my new home while I waited for the custom blinds. I ended up going with a combination of honeycomb and faux wood throughout the house. The push button is so much better than the old cords. I'm very happy with the product and the service. The sunlight was messing with my camera so the patio blinds aren't really given justice in the picture.

They are excellent. They do a great job of measuring and installing. I was previously trying to buy the box blinds from stores and was having frustration. They did a great job of installing, but then they mentioned that they sell blinds as well. Ever since then, I have been purchasing the blinds directly from them, and everything has gone much more smoothly.

I went through a flooring company and saw the display for Solar Shield. I called them and set up an appointment. He asked questions before coming to know what I was looking for, He brought samples and talked about the product, I showed him my windows, and they did 11 shades on 11 windows. He measured and gave me a price right on the spot, which was awesome. I put 50% down and scheduled a date for install. He sent me an immediate email with all the information. I emailed him back with some questions and he responded right away. Within 2 weeks they came out and installed them. They young man who came out for the install was very professional and personable. I will definitely have them come back out again because I have a number of windows I want to have done.
