Description of Work: I asked them to come out to inspect the two fireplaces we have in an older home we purchased this summer. We had to schedule the appointment because I was calling at one of the busiest times of the year. This was not a problem at all. They showed up as planned and looked over our situation. Unfortunately they informed us that we needed to make at least one repair just to ensure the on-going structural integrity of the chimney-this cost estimate was $900. They also informed us that to get the two fireplaces working would cost approximately $2400 and $3600 respectively. This was quite a shock and disappointment for us. We will make the $900 repair at some point in the next few months and likely will use this company (but will get another estimate or two) but because of the cost estimate will not be doing the other work anytime soon and maybe never.
