Eliza is an organizing genius! I started out wanting to find space for one basket of things, and we re-organized my entire closet in the process. I still am keeping the system she helped me set up, and it's AMAZING. I didn't realize how much organizing a space to my needs could impact my daily life so positively and make me happy every time I look at it. And Eliza is so emotionally supportive throughout the process of making decisions and purging what you are ready to let go of. I am not an organized person and was intimidated about what I might do with this 3 bedroom house I inherited with just me and my dog. Eliza started by listening to what we were hoping to get out of our appointment and tailored everything to that. She helped us sort through the space and made a number of storage recommendations to use it efficiently. We even had the whole appointment over video chat! Can't recommend highly enough.

Eliza is really awesome at organizing and teaching you easy ways to maintain it once she is gone. She is very professional & doesn't judge you as you go through the process. She is also extremely fun to work with. She was a huge help working with my teenage daughter, because she is so busy, it was hard to get her to set time aside to work on her room, but she loves Eliza and enjoyed the process and the end result is amazing! Eliza is great! She has helpful organizational tips and tricks, and also a supportive nature that makes it easier to part with items we like, but don’t use–-the ones that clog our closets, pantries and garages. Then she whisks the donations away so that you’re REALLY done at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Eliza and I worked on my basement storage room. It has gigantic four footy by either foot shelves that make it nearly impossible to see or retrieve what is stored on them. With Eliza's creative thinking, we organized, labeled, and stored years of items (even those pesky "save for my kid's first apartment items) and donated unwanted duplicates and recycled "trash." I found enough unused school supplies that I didn't have to purchase pens, pencils, binders, glue, or scissors this fall! We were even able to eek out a craft area I had been trying to make. Eliza is non-judgmental, prepared, and has great follow-up. Best gift I ever received was my kids giving me a gift certificate for Eliza!

Eliza is a true professional. With the perfect mix of good-natured nudges, and heart-felt questions, I was able to eliminate so many things that were collecting dust, and hadn't been used in years. Also, I have attended a few of her presentations, andI love Eliza’s no-nonsense but humorous decluttering talks…the kind where I think she is speaking directly (and only) to ME and my clutter, and then realizing others are nodding their heads too. She’s inspired me, with a gentle nudge, to continue to declutter. I still have her voice in my head when I look into my closet, kitchen drawers and other clutter-magnet areas!

Eliza at Simplicana is simply a wizard at the delicate art of decluttering someone else's stuff. As a former chef, I thought I had a pretty organized pantry, but in a very small amount of time, she managed to rearrange things in a way that made the pantry much easier for me to use. She’s also a great teacher - when she leaves, you know how to keep things decluttered. Finally, she works well with kids: When my son was having trouble keeping all of his books / papers / handouts / etc. together at school, she taught him an easy to use method for organizing his materials, thorough but totally appropriate for a 6th grader.

Eliza helped me organize my kitchen cabinets & pantry. I was able to purge a great deal of unnecessary stuff I was holding on to. She hauled away the donation pile for me, leaving me with the tax deductible receipt and one less thing to worry about. I sent her photos of my problem areas so she could shop for & bring organizing items we would need. Eliza thought a lazy susan would be good for my pantry so the next day I received a link for the correct size and best priced lazy susan. Ordering the correct lazy susan took 20 seconds and I had it in my pantry 3 days later. The chaos and clutter causes me a lot of anxiety, I feel so much better since we transformed my kitchen. Eliza is a real gem for this professional single mom!!!!

Eliza at Simplicana has proven to be an incredible source for all our organizing emergencies / disasters / closets comically exploding with sports equipment. Her calm and hilarious personality make parting with your stuff easy and quite enjoyable. She has many unique tricks up her sleeve, sometimes little things that help you STAY organized after she's left. My wife and I will continue to use her for the rest of our lives, and we mean that literally.

Absolutely spectacular. I have made so much progress in my home (and in my life!) since hiring Eliza to help me declutter, pare down items, and de-emphasize "stuff". It's amazing how it can pile up & take over your life - and Eliza helps you get your life back! She's also wonderfully patient and kind, with NO JUDGMENT, can't emphasize that enough - it was probably the biggest fear that held me back for so long. Turns out I was the one with all the judgment, really. She’s responsive and courteous. She carried everything off that we got rid of which was awesome. She worked very quickly. She’s easy to work with. She’s actually coming January 11. She spent probably three hours.

Eliza was amazing. She was very professional and down to earth. I consider myself to be generally pretty organized, but my home office was completely out of control. She worked me through my mental block and before I knew it I was purging and organizing things that had sat in boxes for years. I wish I had ordered longer than a four hour segment, but she truly provided me the tools to keep going after our work together.
