In my experience, the rating is DO NOT use his services.
Description of Work: For several months after Mr. Shaffer agreed to repaint our deck, since the previous year the paint had pealed and rotted the wood, One member of his team told me that Shaffer had done a very bad job on our deck and that he needed to follow through on the guarantee (2 yrs). I spoke to Shaffer, we set a date for removing the paint and repainting with the right kind of paint. However, Shaffer never returned, changed phone number and disappeared. Unreliable and of questionable integrity.

ALTHOUGH JAMIE WAS EXTREMELY BUSY, HE REFERRED AN ASSOCIATE RATHER THAN DECLINE THE JOB. HE COMPLETED THE PAINTING, WHICH WAS A RELATIVELY SMALL JOB. HE FOLLOWED UP WITH PHONE CALLS TO CHECK ON PROGRESS. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF PAINTING, CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.
Description of Work: INSTALLED DRYWALL, PRIMED AND PAINTED DRYWALL AND PAINTED TRIM. JAMIE ALSO CONTRACTED THE WORK OF INSTALLING A WINDOW AND INSTALLING REAL WOOD PANELING TO AN ASSOCIATE, HOSSEIN ORANGI.
