After checking out my sump pump the technician told me it was fine. It’s “the only brand” his company sells and mine is working like it’s supposed to. He said my neighbor probably just heard it turn on and off and thought something was wrong. There was no charge!

Did not get the job done. Had to call them back out because I still had a leak. They slapped everything together and were not thorough. And they charged WAY too much for what got done. 175 and they were there for 10 minutes and asked to use my step stool and got it gross and wet. He also refused to put it back on my overflow plate because it was the wrong one? I put it on myself. He then tried to blame to leak on me and leave because he said that I made the leak happen because I put the overflow plate on. It was leaking for a long time before I put the overflow plate back on. Overall just not satisfied with the whole experience.

Any homeowner looking for a plumber could do themselves a huge favor by using this company. They are honest. The men that came to do my water heater were quick,efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Wayne and Daniel did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and I will use them again for all my plumbing needs.

They came out and gave a quote and once they were able to fit the job into their schedule it was done efficiently and quickly very professional and friendly.

They were on time and explained what they were going to doing and the estimated cost. No surprise and at a fair price. I would call them in the future for a plumbing problem.

They were able to get me on the schedule quickly to give an estimate that I wasn’t charged for, and then they put on the schedule the following week to get the repairs done I needed. The repair were done quickly and were a fair price. I had a good experience with their technicians and would recommend their service to others.

Had to hire an electrician to the tune of $400 to wire the water heater correctly, electrician said the black wires were not connected, the cap was not right, seems like a big add on to get hot water when we had just spent over $2k. Grateful it is done and all service techs were kind, I was just disappointed we had to hire someone else to handle.

Responsive and fast. Work was done less than 24 hrs after my request.

Quick response, identified the problem, made repairs the same day. Did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Explained what they were doing and why. No problems since the repair. Polite and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.
