I really wanted to rate this company 5 stars. The first day they showed up, the young man was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He showed me the hair pile he cleaned out, cleaned everything up, and left. If that had been all, they would have received 5 stars. The next morning I had sewer back-up again. I reached out to them and they responded immediately. Two guys showed up the next time. They spent a lot of time in the basement, had me run water, flush toilets. It seemed like at every turn, the older associate was on the phone relating everything to someone else. They brought in a camera and couldn’t find anything. They said it was all under water. After all of this, they determined my pipes were damaged and my deck would need to be torn up for them to fix it. As they were leaving, I was told someone would reach out to me later that night or the next day with an estimate. It has been a week and I still have not heard another word from them. All in all, I spent $125 with no results, no communication, and have had to start over from scratch.

Excellent work! have a tendency to run late but are really good people and easy to work with. I have recommended them to other family members and friends in the area.

Very professional team!

Aundre did a great job installing the gas line in our historic home. Although the kitchen was plumbed for gas with a galvanized line (not code), it had never been used. What interesting was the old line was assembled within the blocking of 3 non-supporting walls and you couldn't just cut it out and have it drop through to the basement. Andre assessed the situation and came up with a solution that enabled him to get the old line out with minimal damage to the plaster walls. He ran the new line and placed the valve within the specs of our range so that the valve would fall below the range leg height; not compromising the overall specs of the cook wall. Patience, passion and pride is how I would describe his professionalism. He was extremely responsive to our needs and I would not hesitate to hire him again. Top notch Pro!!! Thanks Aundre!!!

Very nice, professional guys. Quick, knew what needed to be done and knew how to do it. Plumed and installed a new outside faucet.
