They were very friendly and very professional. They explained what needed to be done clearly. I had 2 faucets to replace and 1 was very old and fragile. They were also earlier than estimated. I was OK with the cost as well. I will continue to call them when I need any work.

Camera services were deemed unnecessary from their inspection of moisture appearing on slab floor. Problem was determined to be the result of negative foundation drainage. While they could have proceeded to make camera inspection and charged for these services, they shared their expertise at no expense. A most uncommon method of doing business in today's world and very much appreciated.

I put a pork chop in the disposer (I know dumb). It blew up my disposer and clogged my drains. I used every chemical I could find. Nothing had any effect. I called Sunday, they were here Monday on time. He put in new disposer, snaked my drain and I thought I would have to replace the pipes (I didn't). He was in and out quickly, and left no mess. Even wiped out under the sink. Then when it came time to pay up I was VERY surprised how reasonable the bill was. I will refer them to everyone.

They did a fine job. They called before they came. Did good work after they came. The only reason i only gave 4 1/2 stars is that i didn't receive a written estimate when they came the previous day.
