Extremely nice. While the gentleman was here we asked if he could look at the stool in our front bathroom. He not only looked at it but replaced it. He had to leave twice for additional parts. On a scale of 1 to 10. Definite 10.

Sewer Surgeon arrived on time, evaluated my plumbing issue and proceeded to repair the problem. The service repair was quick but thorough. He cleaned the work area and ran tests to insure the leak was resolved. I would recommend Sewer Surgeon to my friends.

Aundre called us within minutes of posting our work on this website. Following a brief conversation he indicated he could come over the next morning between 9 - 10 am. He also provided me with an estimated cost, they do flat fees, not by the hour and no trip charges. He was on time replaced the outside facet and did a number of fixes and improvements under our kitchen sink. His fee was as promised....the job was done efficiently and professionally. I will use him again when I need help from a professional plumber!

I had a main line back up in our basement 1 day before going on vacation. I called Sewer Surgeon at midnight and asked if he could be at my house in the morning. He was on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and had it fixed within an hour. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again!

Came early. Only needed a nut tighted on a valve control. The way it had leaked before you would think you needrd something replaced. Honest on what was needed done! Would recommend.

Contacted them late in the afternoon, they came the next day. They had to get new parts, finished the following day. Charged me only for labor, no mark-up on the parts.

They found that the problem was fairly simple to fix and did only charged much less than I would have expected for coming out. He said, "I can't charge you for something that's not really broke." Honest and professional, I would use again for sure.

I had a sump pump failure on Thanksgiving, with water starting to flood my basement. Sewer Surgeon replied to my request that evening and scheduled service for the next morning. He showed up on an icy morning and replaced my sump pump. He was very competent and help me out of a tough spot for a very reasonable price.

What was really great about them was that he walked me through the entire process of how he evaluated it and what he my options were to repair it efficiently. As a new homeowner understanding what the issue actually is and how they are fixing it gave me the insight I wanted.
