This was not a regular sump pump replacement - iy was a grinder pump used for basement bathrooms to grind up solid waste and pump UP to the sewer connection. A job no one else would likely want, but these guys did it unflinchingly and with a great sense of humor. It was great having them do the work.

The Customer Service was the best part, they were helpful and very nice, professional, and they were great at trouble shooting.

Arrived a little early after calling first. Immediately assessed the situation and went to work unclogging my kitchen sink. It took several tries but after some persistence removed the clog and got my sink draining again. Was here well over an hour and charged me the agreed upon rate of $130. Great work and highly recommended.

Charged me $208 and did a great job. Would have been nearly $500 with Bob Hamilton. Will use again!

The contractor was knowledgeable and did not deviate from his original quote, I felt he went the extra mile to ensure my hot water heater was repaired.

I discovered i had a very leaky toilet 2 days before a tenant was going to move into my house and i was going back to texas. They were able to come out about 3 hours after i spoke with him. There were several issues with my toilet, it was very old, it took him about 2 hours but he got everything working and at what i think was a reasonable price. I would recommend sewer surgeon and will use them again if the need arises.
