Gentlemen that came out took apart my sink and as soon as he decided my drain couldn?t be unclogged picked up his stuff left and didn?t put my sink back together? Guy was giving me every excuse/reason why my sink is clogged but seemed to not have the tools he need to fix. Now I have to pay for another company to come out and not only put my sink back together but also still unclog the drain.

Took longer than expected due to wrong park.

Aundre quoted the job on Dec. 19 and sent his crew to the house the next day and fixed the problem. Work was completed on a timely basis at a reasonable price. I will call Sewer Surgeon for my next repair.

I contacted them for a gas line to be run, they were not the lowest bid or the highest. I chose them because they could run the line sooner than the others and I do not like eating out. During their first visit, two guys showed up but only one of them was friendly and professional. The other most of the time acted like he did not hear my questions, the younger guy an apprentice, I guess was being spoken to harshly and I cared not to hear that in my home. The quote was $750 to run steel after I told them I thought it was too much and would turn my gas range for an electric, he reduced the estimate to $400. After getting a couple higher prices that also magically reduced after I rejected the quotes. I decided to give SS the job. The two guys showed up again and installed some black flexible piping, not steel. I searched for it online but only found yellow electrical, I hope this is good. But when it came time to pay the lead plumber sat in the truck and they sent the apprentice in to collect. He asked me what was quoted and when I said $400 he had to call the owner. The owner was hollering so loud on the phone that I just told the young man that I would pay the $750 to be rid of them. The young man explained that they installed the flexible which, I suppose is cheaper and easier to install but the owner was heard by me from across the room that he does not care, so I paid the $750 and they left. After they were about to leave without offering to show me the work, I engaged the apprentice as he was the only one in the house. He was kind and explained the flexible line but I am concerned that the way it was run, will lend itself to getting damaged so I guess I will buy some caution tape or something. The next morning, I also found that my hot water heater was off all night, ugh! I wanted to be pleased but I just can't, one last thing, my 240 outlets were moved from the hole that came up from the floor and rerouted it to a crack between the wall and the floor. I guess this was done because they did not have a drill bit that would able to drill through me tile. I told the lead that I had a drill bit but he did not respond. He finally used a small bit in order to drill hole to secure the line and shutoff. I wish they would have used the larger bit to drill another hole for the gas line.

Andre was on time (at 7:00 a.m.), completed the work efficiently, and charged a very fair price. What more needs to be said? I highly recommend Sewer Surgeon, LLC for any of your plumbing needs.

The technician that came and completed the job was excellent. He was fast and thorough. cleaned up well when the job was completed. The frustration came after the job was complete. I got a call back from the owner that I had originally spoken with when I requested the quote. He said I paid less than the quoted amount. I explained to him I paid EXACTLY what he quoted me to do the job. That I had chosen him because of other quotes I had gotten. It was not a pleasant conversation, very unprofessional dealing. My recommendation would be to get the quote up front or at least when the tech walks in the door.
