Great company! They came out on a Sunday when they don't work Sundays and there was no extra charge for it. Explained everything clearly and thoroughly.

I had set an appointment. They never showed or called. I finally got a hold of someone via text and they had no idea where the repairman was. Very bad customer service. No call will only text.

I was very happy with this company. They were quick and honest with me. Very friendly and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Didn't actually use them, ended up with a DIY solution. But they were super friendly, very professional and courteous, and competitively priced. Would use them for future problems.

We were told the cost would be $50, instead he charged us $500. When we called to ask him about the price, he laughed and told us we signed the authorization for the charge. We performed a chargeback when the amount was not corrected. Also, the repair lasted less than a year.

They did a excellent job.

He arrived a little early for the appointment, was courteous and professional. He did a great job, fixed the problem and only charged the advertised price. We will definitely be using Sewer Surgeon again!

I 100% recommend this company for your plumbing needs, my original call was to find and repair a leaky shower valve, he not only found the valve, he repaired it and charged me a lot less than the original quote, so I hired (Andre) again to replace our water heater and replace our bathroom sink faucet, very reasonable and super friendly people...in fact this is now my "go to plumber"...thanks again Andre!!! - Pat and Kris

This is a great company. Very honest, and very pleasant to work with. Told me what was going on when I asked. Let me watch the camera work with him. I would recommend him to anyone.

We did have to call them back because at first the problem was not solved. The response was very good. They came the next day I think the leak has been repaired and the problem has been solved. Very nice and courteous business.
