I worked with Andre, the owner and Sewer Surgeon himself. He was accommodating of my schedule and so knowledgeable. He answered my call quickly, eased my concerns and fixed the leak from our upstairs shower into our downstairs ceiling quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be working with Andre again - his pricing was fair, and he walked me through every step of the process so that I understood what he was doing and what was necessary in the repairs. I did not feel like he was trying to confuse me or take advantage of me as a first time homeowner. Believe the hype - Sewer Surgeon is the real deal.

I had a small hole in the discharge line near the pump. While it was a relatively small amount of work, it was a justifiable opportunity for additional cost. He made me aware of it and did it at no additional cost. Professional, courteous... would hire again.

Highly recommend. Aundre was great. He communicated everything, thoroughly explained all options and approaches, and did exactly what he said he would do. This was more complex because it required going into the wall and replacing a portion of galvanized pipe. Aundre worked hard to minimize the amount of wall repair needed afterward ... his approach was much better than other contractors who bid the job even though he had to work in a very tight space to get it done. Great guy, great service, very competitive price ... highly recommend.

Aundre was friendly and completed the work quickly. He didn’t try to up-sell unnecessary work or increase the agreed-upon cost in any way. He even found a separate minor issue with the sump pump discharge line and fixed it at no cost. Would definitely use again.
