He explained all of my options in laymans terms, which made me very comfortable with my decision to replace the water heater. Aundre and his crew worked diligently to locate the problem as to why my kitchen sink would not drain. Unfortunately, the problem was much further down the drainage line to the main. This required new piping to be placed. In the process of trying to locate the blockage, Aundre worked in five foot sections to locate the problem in an effort to help save $. The basement floor was jack-hammered, the entire pipe replaced, concrete poured, and the area cleaned up in this short amount of time. The entire team was very courteous, helpful, and professional.
