Sewer Surgeons gave us a very reasonable bid for the work. The person who did the work ended up running a bit late but kept in text contact with us so we would know what was happening. We appreciated this very much instead of just sitting around wondering when they would be there. He completed the work quickly and very efficiently. We will definitely use Sewer Surgeons again when we have a plumbing problem.

They were honest in their assessment, thorough, and very reasonable for needing to tear out our sewer main. Everyone worked hard and was very personable even over a three day job and all the July heat! Would recommend sewer surgeon for any plumbing needs!

The service tech never showed at the time set. Tech called and said he was on the way, but never showed. I called the company phone # to let them know tech was not here yet. They said they would check to see where they were. But never heard back from Company. I did get an email later in evening apologizing and offering $100 off quoted price. I scheduled another appointment. This tech was 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment. I was satisfied with job done. Disappointed in customer service and overall satisfaction, So I would not recommend Sewer Surgeon.

The owner(Andre) was professional & knowledgeable. There was a technician(Anthony) at my home the same day I called. He was friendly, professional & highly skillful. I had my hot water heater replaced & I also was educated on a few basic things regarding the repair! I will most definitely be using this company on any future plumbing issues.

We had clogged kitchen sink and Andre indicated he could have a plumber to our house later that morning. Anthony showed up, I provided the appropriate information and he immediately went to work. He was friendly and professional and was able to fix the problem. Anthony and Andre both provided suggestions on avoiding clogged drain lines in the future. I would absolutely recommend Sewer Surgeon and they will be my first call if/when I run into any plumbing needs in the future.

The repair took an extra day, but it wasn't really their fault. I violated a cardinal rule in marriage and didn't check with my wife ahead of time on what type of fixture to replace the old. That error delayed the repair until the next day. They were able to repair the existing fixture the next day since a more experienced plumber did the work, and it saved me about $150. So I got lucky. That is why I gave them a 4 for work quality, but I would have been satisfied either way.

They did not show up on time, the first day 1 hour late, the second day 2 hours late. they did not bring help like they said they would and damaged our water heater and wall. They did not offer or try to fix their mistakes. I would not use this company again.
