Told me that I needed a new drain. Cleared one myself and a different plumber cleared the other.

I could not have been more pleased with this company they did an excellent job.

Sewer Service did not clean the sewer, but charged me for a service call. They said I needed extensive plumbing work, but never gave me a cost estimate for the job. I am still waiting for a written estimate. They have my email.

Very affordable, friendly, and someone real that you can trust. He was completely transparent about everything and funny. He did have to reschedule due to another job, but he came out twice and gave an estimate for a break in the line at a house we are considering buying. Would definitely hire him again over one of the big companies in town that I have had the complete opposite experience with in the past.

Lack of communication, senior discount never given because there was a discount given already given. This was not explained. Customer felt humiliated when laughed at by the pro when he said the city would had paid for the whole job if we waited two days. Good work just insist on getting details of how much it will cost.

Russell came to my home approximately 30 minutes after I received the initial call from them, and it was the day after Thanksgiving! It was not an easy job but Russell fixed it and shared some tips on how to prevent future problems in my house that was built in 1957.
