I was impressed from the first conversation. I have found my plumbing company. Aundry Hobbs the owner made a huge impression on rhe entire family. He even took the time after the job was finished to assure my visiting grandkids the clog in my main line was not their fault.

Very nice young men, professional, respectful, on time took care of 4-5 issues in a very timely manner.

scheduled for 2-4 pm called and came early, great. Repaired the leak and suggested install pressure regulator, will take there suggestion next week. Tech was knowledgeable clean and polite.

The owner of the company was really great. The individual that did the pipe repair failed to check that the situation was resolved. This led to a late night where the owner himself came out to rectify the situation. I will absolutely use this company if need arises in the future.

A representative from Sewer Surgeon LLC was first of all early for the appointment to do the estimate. The scheduling and completion for the work was done within the time frame agreed upon and the project was done efficiently. All individuals from Sewer Surgeon conducted themselves in a professional manner. I found dealing with the owner to be a positive experience and was kept abreast of any and all details. All questions were answered with sufficient detail to fully understand the work to be conducted. I definitely recommend the use of this contractor and would used them again if needed.

Had sewer camera service. Tech did a good job and also found a water meter leak which the city repaired.

Understand what he was doing

Had a leaking hose bib outside. I tied to install a new kit myself but it was the wrong one for the picket. Called the Sewer surgeon, they came out right away. I only wanted a kit installed. The plumber said for another $175.00 he could replace the hose bib. I just wanted a new kit. I thought he put needed parts in to stop the leak. It still leaked. Called them again, talked to the owner who was a little testy with me but said he would come out to look at it. He did not come out but instead sent out another plumber. The second plumber agreed it was not fixed. He tried to get parts for the older hose bib. I agreed it was time it needed to be changed out. So far I am out $175.00 for not sure what all. Now the first plumber came back out to install a new hose bib. While working he asked if they told me how much it would cost. I understood from the first plumber visit it would be under $400.00 total. He said in addition to the first $175.00 it would be an additional $400.00. So now they are into me for $575.00 for basically 45 minutes to replace the hose bib, which I know I should have had done originally, but the first plumber said he had the needed O-rings and seals to fix it. But he did not fix it. Simple project, knowledgeable enough plumbers, nice person on the phone to set up appointments, owner? Not so customer relations friendly. I feel I was taken advantage of. I feel I was charged at least $100.00 more than what it should have been. Work was professionally done just thought I overpaid. Because of the high cost of a small project, I would not recommend this contractor.
