The tech worked hard but he never got the cable to run properly down the pipe. Others have. The line is draining but I am not sure why.

Sewer Surgeon is a great company. They don’t over price like most plumbers. Really nice people and very efficient.

I will first begin with this: the owner of the business is honest and understanding and gave us a refund. I had a leaky toilet which to me should have been a somewhat easy and inexpensive fix. This company sent a repair person who was not only unprepared to do work but he also did not fix the problem despite telling us otherwise and charged us $150 for essentially nothing. At first I thought that maybe it was a more complicated fix than the employee first thought, so I called back asking for someone to come back out. They told me they would two separate times and both times no one showed up.
