They seemed to be good people, they come and do the work, and they always satisfy me. The guys who did the work did not contact me; instead they just came did the work and left but the fellow that I spoke over the phone I believe is the owner of the company and he was quite forthcoming telling me it is late in the season, because at that time when I called him it was just 20 degree out or something like that. He explained the situation but he worked me in and we discussed the timing and came to a mutual agreeable time. He did not forget me, but he followed up. They did not absolutely pick every leaf. I looked up there in the corners they did not get. I sort of hate to grade them down quality wise it wasn’t as good as I expected them to be. I thought they usually got all of them.

Owner called back soon after I left message to get a bid. Bid was done same day and his price was very reasonable and he could complete the work the next day. Work was done quickly and they did a great job with all the leaves and took them away. My neighbors still have many bags standing in their yards and mine are all gone!! Great job!
