It went real well. They are always on time. It takes about 20 minutes to complete the work. The result is what stands out the most. If I have a problem with something, Ryan is good about contacting me right away.

We love Ryan. They are very prompt, courteous, clean and keep us informed with door tags on what they did and when they will return for the next treatment. This time they just did a deep root feeding for a couple of my trees on the street.

I have two large dogs that like to dig. They were able to move around the holes and droppings.

I have used Ryans Lawn and Tree since 2011 for fertilizing and weed control. The technicians have always been available, informative, and courteous when I call with questions regarding my lawn. A few of my neighbors use cheaper lawn services, but my yard always looks much better.

Ryan Lawn & Tree is the greatest! I am amazingly allergic to chemicals, and started using them several years ago to manage lawn fertilization and tree care. Once I had another company prune my trees simply because that company was less expensive, but I was sorry that I did. That company did not prune with the expertise similar to RL&T. Yes, RL&T is more expensive than others, but I can count on them to do what they say they will do. They leave great written descriptions of exactly what they did on the day of their visit and provide directions how to manage things after their visit. They also offer a payment plan if you are on a budget like I am! They are punctual and always offer quality work. If it is not to your satisfaction, they will return and make it right. I highly recommend their service.

I spend $60 a month for their services. I would recommend them.

We've had another company for years and they called this morning wanting to come back out and I said, "No". We've just had Ryans once and we've been happy with that. They did what they said they would do and did the work in one application away. They gave us good advise. They were nice in the phone. We signed for 6 more applications.

Great service - prompt response and kept us updated with schedule change. They trimmed all 5 trees on our property and did all cleanup and removal of trimmings. They also removed a small brush pile we had on the property. Would definitely hire them again and recommend their services!

This is our third year to use Ryan Lawn and Tree. Despite all our own efforts, our lawn was infested with weeds and the grass wasn't thriving. We were reluctant to pay someone so much to care for the lawn but it has been well worth the expense. My husband and I both work and are busy raising two kids. Everybody we've worked with at Ryan has been courteous and prompt. We have two rescue dogs who are 'bolters" and JD, who manages our lawn, is always kind enough to call beforehand to make sure the dogs are not outside and he always closes the gates completely when finished so the dogs are safe in the yard after his visit.

Called for an estimate, came out, very professional and kind. Came out on a couple different occasions for various treatments, all worked wonderfully. Pricing a bit higher than others though but the customer service is amazing!

They have really good customer service. We’ve tried other companies and have not been satisfied, but we are so happy with them . We have them for three or four years now without any problems.

It is a wonderful company. There is not much personal interaction but you are assigned an account manager for your lawn. You work with the same person and that is nice. I communicate through voicemail if there is something other then our normal service we want done. They do a very good service.

ARRIVED ON TIME AND PROMPT - DID A GREAT JOB. WAS NOT SO SPECIFIC ON WHEN THEY WOULD BE OUT TO DO THE JOB AND I CALLED AS I TOLD THEM I HAD DOGS THAT WERE OUTSIDE WHEN I WAS AT WORK AND WOULD HAVE TO HAVE JOB DONE WHEN I WAS AT HOME. THIS WAS NOT RELAYED TO THE SCHEDULER WHO SEEMED A LITTLE PUT OUT THAT I HAD TO CHANGE THE DATE TO THE FOLLOWING DAY. OVERALL, DID EVERYTHING WELL, JUST NOT REAL GOOD ON COMMUNICATING WITH THE CUSTOMER. WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM. GREAT JOB AND VERY GOOD PRICE. THANK YOU!

After the heat last summer, our lawn was in bad shape. Weeds, mostly thistles, were taking over and the grass was struggling. We signed up for the summer long care progrma with Ryan, and even though we've only had two application, the results are great! I haven't seen a weed since the second application and the grass is green and lush and thriving this year! Our account manager is fantastic and has provided some great feedback when he is onsite for the applications. I feel like they go above and beyond and really take pride in the work they do. I noticed a few weeks back that a neighbor, with a very unsightly yard, had a Ryan sign in his lawn. I was thrilled knowing that his neglected lawn would soon be taken care of. Already you can see the results in his lawn as well.

They responded more quickly and gave us a quite right away. They were great and friendly and professional. They were excellent and gave us all the details we needed. They were good on the price.

They have been fine and have done the work on time. We rarely see the staff as it is generally handled via phone. We had problems getting the scheduling done. They were there when they said they would be.

The work was performed in a timely manner. The workers have always been very nice. They've informed me of the time-frame that I needed to keep my pet inside for her safety; usually 1 to 2 hours for the spray/treatment to absorb into the lawn. They work quickly and without additional disturbance to me. They always ask my permission to treat the yard and explain what treatment they are using. Instructions regarding on-going lawn care I.e. height lawn mower should be set at and how often to water are always given to me in writing and I can always call if I have additional questions.
