They did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with their work. They were extremely efficient and professional. I had Bermuda grass problem for a long time and was not able to remove it. However, they removed it very quickly and I do not have that problem anymore. There price was very reasonable.

They came right in and got the tree down. They were absolutely wonderful. Because of our situation, they were out within two to three days. The people that did the work were very pleasant and professional. They did an excellent job taking the tree down, and their prices were extremely reasonable for what they did. They were very careful; you wouldn't have even known they were here. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They all have very pleasing personalities. I would really like to give them an A+! It was a very difficult job because the tree was very close to our home. They didn't complain. They just jumped right in and did the work. They walked the extra mile for us.

Will not use them and I thought it was extremely unprofessional to put a sign in my yard when I hadn't even spoken to them in person or hired them.

I called Ryans initially to have four trees trimmed. Tom came out the same day to leave the quote, & it was much lower than I expected. They arrived within the time frame they gave me. Two guys trimmed the two tall trees in the front yard while another trimmed the two crabapple trees in the backyard. The work was first rate. They did such a good job trimming the trees and cleaning up after themselves, I called the next day to have them give me a quote to remove all the bushes and roots from around our home's foundation and to trim the remaining two trees in the backyard. The quote was again left that same day, the price for that work was lower than expected & was done withing the time frame given. I recommend them highly. They were prompt, professional, and left the yard looking great.

Everything was great. They do my other lawn treatments as well so I've dealt with them before. They're always on time, and get everything gets done quickly as well. They gave me a written plan of what they were going to do just in case I wasn't there when they were doing work.

Was responsive to my bid request. Evaluated other trees on property and recommended a feeding schedule for a Japanese maple. Their office scheduled the appointment and service the same week. I was not present for the removal, but the trees were cut low to the ground and cleaned up nicely. They even removed some yard debris that I had nearby from my own pruning. They were local and also the lowest of four bids that I requested (all from Angie's List).

He hardly put anything down it seemed like. Our yard looked like the devil. It looked worse after the service was done then before. Whoever was in charge didn't apply the right stuff.

It was absolutely excellent! I called and asked for an estimate. Within one day, I had a very detailed, reasonable estimate left in my door. When I called back, I indicated that there was some additional work I wanted to see about, so they arranged to come at a specific time when I would be home. They arrived right on time, explained what they needed to do to the damaged tree, and then discussed with me pruning of three additional trees that were encroaching on my house but that I didn't want to have removed. Both of the service people were polite, well-dressed, and efficient. There was absolutely no pressure to have more done than what I asked, and they only charged me an additional $20 for pruning the three extra trees. It was very refreshing to have someone come on time, do what they said they would do for the price quoted. The main service person was even able to give me the names of several of my trees which I had been trying to figure since I moved into the house 10 years ago!

I was told they would need to be aggressive on the pruning in order to raise the canopy to five feet above the ground but when they were finished it looked great. The tree had a much better shape and look. There were three of them who came out for the job and it went smoothly and quickly. Missed a couple of twigs on the clean-up but overall did a great job.

Their estimate was accurate. They showed up as scheduled. They were pleasant. And they cleaned up pretty well. Awesome!

I wouldn't use anyone else. They are very dependable.

Their professionalism is outstanding. They are very honest and great at communicating.

Tom DePaepe was very courteous and prompt. He responded to my first call and kept me informed about when the work would be done. He called to let me know about a schedule change and did the work just as I asked it to be done. Clean up was very good and except for the trees being trimmed you could hardly tell they had been here.

I found them to be everything Angie's List said they were. They were professional, returned phone calls and prompt.

Though we did not choose them for this particular project, the estimate process was as good as it could be. We were able to request the estimate through their website. A representative came out the next day and left a very detailed estimate in the door. The price was quite higher than the others we received, so we had to go elsewhere.

Mark came by the day after I sent a request to their site. He examined the situation with me and explained what they would do. He was very easy to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable. I agreed to have them do the work, and they estimated it would be two weeks before they could get to it. They would take care of everything, not only the cleanup, but calling KCPL to drop the line. After about two weeks, I called to see if they had forgotten me. Seems they were waiting for KCPL, and they came the following week, about three weeks after the initial contact. When I came home that day, I found they'd done the work and cleaned up well. I'm unhappy with what they did to my pin oak, which was not the one causing the problem with the power line, while the Mulberry looks fine. On the pin oak, the branch nearest the power line was cut off about six inches from it. Far more branches than expected were cut back to the trunk, above and below, leaving a truly bizarre appearance. I was disappointed.

They are very good. He was a member of my church, so I called him. I'm very pleased with the work they've done. They're nearby, so thats nice.

The Ryan representative was very polite, but I chose not to use their service because I wanted one thing done and thought that I had made that clear. I felt like I had gotten a hard sell to make a long term and expensive commitment to Ryan Lawn. Although I checked that I would not hire this company because of Angies List's good reports of the actual work that they do, I may reconsider at some later date.

THEY COME AT LEAST FIVE TIMES A YEAR THAT SEES A LITTLE EXCESSIVE. THE $500 IS FOR THE YEAR.

MR. RYAN CAME AROUND SEVERAL TIMES TO OVERSEE THE WORK DONE BY HIS TEAM. VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS. I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.

SPECIAL PEOPLE WORK FOR THEM. THEY DO GREAT WORK, THEY ARE TOP NOTCH.
