Description of Work: They mow my lawn weekly during the spring, summer, and fall. I have used them for several years and have been very pleased. I have a large lot and they charge a fair price. If there are problems, they are VERY responsive. They also do weed treatments and clean my gutters. In addition, they are very pleasant people.

 + -1 moreThey were here all day and worked hard. Owner was on site with two of his crew. They were very nice and professional. Will definately hire again. Price was 1/2 of what others wanted to charge.
Description of Work: Dirt was brought in to put around the entire house, dirt was spread and had to be carried and spread by hand under a ground-level deck. Window well was pulled out and new one put in. Three shubs were pulled. New downspouts were installed around the house. The crew also spread grass seed in all of the new dirt.

 + -1 moreAfter multiple phone calls to get a quote, work was completed within 2 days of my approval. Leaves were removed while I was away, so it was great to come home to a clean yard! Did a great job, and disposed of some lawn waste bags I had already filled.
Description of Work: Cleaned leaves out of beds and lawn in front & back yards, and removed leaves & branches from street in front of house.

 + -1 moreOverall the project went real well. John and his crew did all the work on Saturday. We re real pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Installed two window wells. Built a small retaining wall that extended out from the east side of the house. Buried drainage tubing from 3 downspouts in the back yard. Excavated back yard so that rainwater flows away from the house foundation. Spread a new layer of top soil over the excavated area and spread grass seed. Added additional top soil to the east side of the house to create additional slope for rainwater drainage.

 + 0 moreWent very well. We are currently considering additional work planting some shrubs/trees, etc. We subsequently had him do some sodding and seeding of problem areas in our yard and plant a backdrop to our pond/waterfall.
Description of Work: Pulled about 5 yew shrubs, worked in a truck of organic matter into a huge backyard bed plus 2 corner gardens and tilled everything including in front of the foundations. Previously everything was a mess. It's very orderly and ready for planting now! Replaced and dug a new path for buried gutter drain in back yard. Hauled away all sod and debris. A full day with 4 workers. They were clearly all American citizens to boot! Owner was on site also working the whole time.

 + 0 moreAfter I received a bid from another company for $275 to remove my leaves, I thought I'd better get another estimate. While driving home the other day, I saw some guys doing a neighbor's yard and asked them to stop by when they were done. Instead the owner, John, came by a short time later and told me they'd get rid of all the leaves and mow/trim for $75!! That was Saturday, and he said they'd get it done Monday and just put a bill in my mailbox. So I get home from work about 11pm last night (Monday), and let me tell you, they went above and beyond. The lawn looked great, and they removed several bags of old mulch that I hadn't gotten around to getting rid of (we hadn't even discussed that), and they also did some weeding. I was beyond thrilled and have several upcoming projects I am going to have them bid. I can't tell you how amazed I was they did all that work for $75. I have 4 large, mature trees (I'm in Waldo) and last year bagged about 20-25 bags of leaves.
