One of the BEST customer service experiences I have experienced in a long...long time. During one of the hottest days of this year at 7PM, I noticed that our air conditoning unit wasn't working properly. My husband looked at the unit and suggested I call the company that had installed the unit 4 years ago and see if I could get an appointment for someone to check it out. I called Weir HVAC at about 7:30PM and to my amazement Peggy Weir answered the phone. I told her my dilema and she said that she would do what she could and contacted the serviceman to see if he could add me to his list for the night. She said that if he couldn't they would be out first thing in the morning. To our surprise, their son showed up about 1/2 hour later and had the air conditioner repaired in no time. It had a blown capacitor. I was so grateful and amazed with the exceptional customer service we were provided. GREAT JOB!
