We got this companies name off Home Advisor. When they came late to the appointment, that was just the start of a horrible experience. The man that came to my home was not qualified at all and didn t even come with all the equipment he needed, he asked to borrow my husbands. While cutting a hole in my wall to fix the plumbing they were hired to do, he cut all the way through to the other room, cut the pipe he was supposed to be fixing, and hit my copper water lines. We then see that it has a nail size hole in the pipe from where we had a bathroom refinished. He leaves to go to the hardware store to get the items he needed, he was gone about an hour (it is 2 minutes from my home) only to return to tell me that he doesn t have his wallet and his girlfriend is an hour away. I went ahead and just told him I would give him the money for the parts he needed so we could get this finished. When he returned he came back with the wrong items. I knew nothing about plumbing and clearly he didn t either. Now I have a huge hole in my wall from ceiling to floor, my pipe cut out because he cut it while cutting the drywall, a huge cut mark on the other side of the wall, and have parts that aren t going to work. This man then told me how he could rig it and it would still work. I informed him that it wouldn t because of the size difference of the pipes. He then admitted I was right after he attempted to show me. He then said he could cut through my floor! At this point, I asked him to leave. Clearly he was not qualified. I have been left with a job not finished, a huge hole in my wall, a wall that now has to be repaired and repainted on the opposite side of where the work was being completed, my pipe is now cut 5 feet higher than it ever had to be, and I am out the money I gave him for the parts. When I sent a picture of the pipe, and hole to a friend he informed me that it clearly states right on the pipe that it is thin wall pipe. How does someone in the plumbing industry not know what that means?!?! Do not use this company, your wife could do a better job!

Reusser Rapid Rooter bid the project and followed up every step of the way. installation was fast and the property was left neat and clean. The old sump pump was removed and disposed of. Excellent job and service.

Todd was the second pro to come take a look. He not only gave me a better deal but he went over everything beforehand and showed me what he was going to do. I could tell that quality was important to him. He was very responsive, came out on a Sunday afternoon, and helped me with a couple of other small issues I was having. Highly recommend!

Finding someone who will actually do what he says he's going to do when he's going to do it is a RARE quality unfortunately. Todd found my problems and took care of them. He even took care of an issue with my sump pump I didn't know about. He clearly knows his stuff and does great work. I would highly recommend Todd!

Todd did an amazing job replacing all the pipes and shutoffs in our 100+ year old house after the old galvanized pipe burst in the ceiling and walls. His pricing could not be beaten and was more than fair. Quality work, quick service, and very professional. If I could give him 6 stars I would.

The man is awesome. Our house I'd over a hundred yrs old. He came in and dud an initial view and gave us a quote. Wrote down and explained exactly what he was going to do and that he might have to tear into the wall in certain places. His quote was very reasonable when compared to what had to be done. It was a total overhaul on the piping system. The man worked wonders. We will definitely go back to him for future issues.
