Todd and Jerome installed an interior sump pump. The price was reasonable and they did very good work, including the clean-up of the work site.

I would recommend Reusser Rapid Rooter to anyone considering getting a sump pump installed. He was prompt, provided a reasonable estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. I had other estimates that were over priced or not guaranteed, I am happy with my decision to go with RRR.

Tod was excellent â came promptly (on a Saturday) and got the job done quickly. Very neat â  cleaned up after he was finished removing our old kitchen sink faucet, which was corroded, then installed a new faucet. Definitely recommend him and I will use him again.

Quick and efficient service.

We had a leak in a first floor ceiling of unknown origin.Todd with Reusser Rapid Rooter contacted us very soon after we made inquiries online with Home Advisor. We set up anappointment. Todd arrived on time, and was very professional and helpful. He cut away ceiling, found source and repaired the leak. He closed up the ceiling opening with a removable panel,in case we need access later. Very happy with his work. We will definitely use him in the future, and reccomend Reusser Rapid Rooter to others!

Todd was great. He called within a hour after I received an email, and that was on Easter. He came to my house and replaced my garbage disposal in a very timely matter. He was on time and very professional. I will call him first from now on for any plumbing needs.

Todd had great communication re appt and re: what needed to be done and why. He was on time, added an expansion tank, replaced my broken valve and installed a new regulator in well under 2 hours. The following week I asked him how to adjust our water pressure a bit and...he offered to come back and do it for us. Again, great communication re: the time of the appointment and he adjusted it in no time. He was also very competitive price wise w 2 other companies who gave me an estimate. I will call him again if I have other plumbing needs.
