Todd responded almost immediately to my request for quotes on a Sunday afternoon and was at our home the next day. He actually installed the gas line for us during that time after giving us the quote on cost. Awesome!

Reliable and fast service response

I have had a non working bathroom for years due to faulty plumbing prior to purchasing our home. After having several plumbers come out for estimates, Todd was the most affordable and he got the job done in a very reasonable time frame. He kept in connect with me unlike other companies who scheduled an appt to come out and never showed up or called to say that our appt time would change. I will be calling Todd for any other plumbing needs.

I invited three plumbers and he was the only one who responded. As the matter of fact he fixed it the.same day. The only negatinve was he seemed pricy.but I guess you get what you pay for.

He called me and gave me a estimated quote on the phone. I ask that he come by and with in 3 hours from contact the job was complete and the price, $10.00 more than the quote. Very satisfied with Todd and would highly recommend.

Replaced water heater, replaced shut off value for sink, and replaced toilet flappers in toilets. I was originally interested in hybrid water heater. Got a regular water heater because thinking of selling house. Reusser did not talk about cost of operation of lower price heaters. The water heater we got estimates $419. a year and our old Rheem was $421. a year from 1995. Not happy with cost of new water heater. Alot of my fault for not asking more questions. But got no input/ questions from installer about energy savings. This kind of makes up my mind to get out of this house and move to warmer climates. Hate snow/ winter. For a savings of $2. a year is insane for a difference of 23 years difference in manufactering.. New water heater installed 01/11/2019. Great work on all projects from him. Would use again for work.

It was an emergency situation and he came out and was able to suggest an electrician. They got the work done same day. Very pleased would recommend.

Rodd came out right away and replaced my shower faucet. He was professional and courteous and did a great job.

Todd came out with very short notice and on a weekend. We had a unique issue with a faucet not fitting and had tried several other plumbers that were unable to help. Todd was able to solve the problem, install/seal our sink, install the new faucet and installed a garbage disposal. I'm confident in our setup now. Pricing was fair and the work looks great.
