Description of Work: Renner came highly of recommended by a Windows and siding vendor. I called, left a message and heard nothing. Called back a couples days later... They connected me again to the representative. I explained that I had done that but received no reply. They were not at all concerned. I left another message... No reply. Called back again and got a rep. He would not even come out to measure. He asked me what size the garage door was. I said I didn't know. He gave me prices on what size he thought it might be. I asked if he could email me the quote and he said he didn't have access to a computer. I couldn't believe it. I said , "never mind, I don't want to bother you". He said ok, and we hung up. They clearly did NOT want to do business in one residential garage door.
